The worst travel agency I have encountered. Terrible experience. Never again.

Giving false information on the website about property I booked. Said it comes with a pool & leisure centre and I booked a triple room but was not the case. No swimming pool or leisure centre and the the property does not have triple rooms , got a double room instead despite being charged of triple rooms, other platforms are giving more accurate information , made a mistake of booking through Kayak.
A big let down !

LE WALT HOTEL, PARIS. A DREADFUL HOTEL.
It is unbelievable that a 4star hotel un the heart of Paris, an not cheap at all, can be so stingy and appalling, both the room and the service prodided by the hotel pesonnel, unable to solve the problems we had.

Some of the emails are not recognized, the only issue found, but a real good option.

Kayak is very useful. You can have all the options in one single page which is reallry practical in order to compare flights and tickets' prices. Kayak works really well in both your computer and smartphone.

I guess I think the site needs more AI. Like posting less info that is worthless and more that is needed. If one trip makes me wait in the middle of nowhere for twenty facking hours.... I do not want it, specially when I am saving $5 and the wait time with another flight is 2 hrs instead of twenty.
