Kazbar Systems 

I have only recently found Kazbar Systems and I can say that for me first Impressions will undoubtedly count.
With my first order there was a little confusion as Kazbar was displaying a price for one of my Items from a sale a few days earlier that had finished
(someone got a slapped wrist) but I had a call within 1 hour from a very nice Chap (Gavin) who explained the mix up and much to my joy he informed me that a wrist will be slapped and better still they will be honouring the price !
I remained on the phone with Gavin for around 20 mins, obviously they know their stuff when it comes to music production both ITB and hardware.
I Will be looking to upgrade to some hardware gear in the near future and when that time comes I will be coming back to Kazbar Systems 100%, safe in the knowledge that when I need the knowledge to incorporate analogue gear in my studio Gavin and his team are just a phone call away and I know they will bend over backwards to help.

I would've given 6 stars but only 5 available.
If you are reading this wondering whether to shop here or not then in the words of the great mogul (Simon Cowell) it's a BIG PHATT YES from me !

A very good first rate company to deal with from my experience. From my initial questions via their on-line 'can we help you?' screen box, the whole process of ordering was fast, simple, and efficient. I was kept up-to-date with the process of my order, and it even arrived before I expected it to. Although this was me first experience with the company, and I was initially drawn to it due to their very good prices, I would highly recommend them, and they will be my first stop in the future.

Previous to contacting this company I had contacted another, but they were unable to even respond to my questions on the same day. They did so eventually, but of course by that time it was too late, and by then I had discovered Kazbar Systems, who had answered my questions within a few seconds.

I've used Kazbar on many occasions because I know I can get reliable service, advice and decent prices.

Gavin has always delivered on time and on budget and has also assisted in recommending others outside of his field of expertise which is surely the sign of a decent company.

And when I need pro audio equipment again, Kazbar will be my first port of call.

I bought a Novation Mininova for a Christmas gift. I considered my purchase to be small when seeing the top end equipment Kasbar Systems sell but was treated as though I was spending thousands with them. I was extremely impressed that they answered all my product questions by email and followed up with a reminder that the last day for Christmas delivery was approaching. When I phoned to ask more questions and got through to staff members I hadn't spoke to before they were aware of my enquiry, ready and willing to help further. Truly excellent customer service which means I will always use them for future requirements.

All done as it should be done. Best experience. No problems or complaints.

Expert knowledge that they are happy to share, bought a set of Focal Monitors and headphones from them. Really well packaged, superfast delivery and superb comms from Gavin, Tom and Sam.

Great website. Good communication. Quick dispatch of goods once in stock (I had pre-ordered an item due for imminent release). External packaging not great - too big a box with random padding inside, but item was pristine inside.
Would definitely use them again.

I've worked with Kazbar for a few years, and always been impressed by the quality of the sales & aftercare service! I would recommend them very highly. I first ordered through them a few years back, when I was learning production, and they worked within my small budget very well. Lots of advice and options on kit (as I'm not very technical). A few years on I have been able to 'upgrade' my set-up considerably and I didn't hesitate to work with Kazbar again. One of the items I purchased was faulty, and it was replaced instantly, without any hassle. Top marks.
