Very fast delivery - my order arrived next day. Discovered an issue with the product which had originated in the factory - no fault of Kazbar - but Gavin from Kazbar had the problem resolved and replacement delivered within 2 days. Excellent communication, great service - will be returning to Kazbar for future studio equipment purchases.

Product arrived brand new but had issues powering on - a replacement was delivered next day. Thanks for making the situation relatively stress free.

Gavin knows exactly what's on the market and passes on rumours on what may be coming up. You just don't hear about these things using the gear day in day out. Worth his weight in gold!

iv ordered arturia matrixbrute and the service response was good im told be getting it in September no messing about saying will have it soon etc like other sites

The item i wanted said in stock on website...ordered it...what do you know was not in stock! Kazbar assured me i would get the item as soon as it came in stock...not acceptable kazbar...if it's not in stock don't mislead people and say it is in stock just to get peoples money!!!
