I recently had a 15ft x 10ft garden room built to use as my clinic room and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Adam was fantastic from start to finish - he’s a really friendly guy who was extremely hardworking and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He worked alongside his son, who was equally brilliant and together they made a great team.

Rachel was also amazing to deal with. She answered all of my questions quickly and was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when I changed plans regarding the sizing and dates for the build. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and communication was always fast and reassuring.

The whole process felt smooth, professional and totally stress free and the finished garden room has completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a garden room. Thank you all so much!

We’ve just had our composite garden room installed and Adam and the team have been nothing short of amazing. Our build was completed in just 2 days, and the guys worked really hard to get the job done. The quality of the build is brilliant, much better than some of the other garden rooms we saw when we were looking in popular garden centres. The result is professional, sturdy and smart. The price was competitive and amazing value for money.

A special thanks to Rachel who was really helpful throughout responding to messages and was so accommodating of our choices.

I highly recommend this company and will be sharing with friends and family in the future.

Our experience started with Rachel who was answering any questions and providing guidance from day 1 of enquiring.
Adam and Gary were a joy to have around and were also happy to guide us in how to engage other tradespeople and worked alongside them perfectly. They left the garden looking immaculate and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I can't imagine buying a prefab when they can create a tailored building with so little fuss.

What a pleasure, great service from Rachel prior to installation, she communicated everything and very promptly. Adam and his team were amazing, even when he had to refuse to put our garden room on my husband’s home made base! Anyone else would have just installed it, but he knew it wasn’t good enough and that the garden room would not be safe long term. Adam had to make extra trips at a loss to himself, he even built our base. Thanks for a great garden room, now we have somewhere to put the mother-in-law lol.

Such a great team! In the infancy of my plans I had a lot of questions, of which Rachel and Adam answered all of them and provided me reassurance.
I was nervous to invest in a garden cabin for my small business but seeing my cabin in the garden now makes me so happy and glad that I did invest.
Adam, Aaron and Dave make a great team, their workmanship is second to none, the cabin is a picture of beauty. Very neat and tidy work, punctual, polite, easy to talk to, clear communication about what was happening at each stage and an all round pleasure to work with.

Kearns have recently built our new garden office room and from start to finish they were amazing!

Within 2 minutes (not an exaggeration!) of contacting them via Messenger with some initial questions, Rachel had replied, with all the answers I was after!

Throughout the 'planning' phase Rachel continued to respond to any and all our questions within minutes, whatever the time of day. No question was ever too silly.

When it came to the build, Adam, Dave and Aaron worked just as hard (with travel, pulling 18 hour days!!) and diligently - you can really tell they take such pride in their work and the results speak for themselves.

Thank you all for such a fantastic service and end product - we couldn't be happier with it.

Rachel, Adam, Aaron and team are very professional, efficient, honest and hardworking. Correspondence with Rachel is very clear and prompt. Adam and team worked very hard and long hours each day on-site, 7am-7pm and travel time on top from Walsall to Bolton to complete the project. Hard grafters and nice people. I'll definitely be getting them back for further developments.

The whole experience has been brilliant & I can't fault them at all. Rachel was so quick to reply all my messages whenever I had any questions pop in to my head. They quoted for lots of different options & specifications that I could go for from upvc window & door upgrades, additional windows, composite exterior etc....everything was completely bespoke so I could have the build exactly as I wanted it.

Both Adam & Aaron were amazing when it came to the build too! Both really hard working, reliable, really friendly guys & obviously take great pride in what they do.

The finished building looks absolutely amazing! It was incredible value for money too & I can't wait to finish the interior off to be able to use it for my new work space.

From start to finish, everyone involved was great. From customer service to the actual build itself, we have been so pleased with everything. Rachel was very very helpful, responding at all hours of the day and going the extra mile to make sure the customer service was excellent. I had my garden room built last week and what can I say ..WOW!!

From the very beginning with Rachel answering my questions to Adam and Gary working there socks off for 3 days to get the garden room finished, these guys where brilliant.

The build quality is amazing, would definitely recommend this company!!

Adam and Gary built our office and shed outbuilding and we couldn't be happier, they are brilliant builders and lovely blokes. Their work is top quality and they were brilliant with our little 3 year old daughter who now wants to be a builder. Dealing with Rachel on all the admin side of things was really easy even when we had like 100 questions. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have been emailing Rachel for over a year whilst trying to make a decision about wether or not to invest in a garden office. I work from home and wanted to endure the investment was worth it.She answered all of my questions promptly.

Rachel was very patient and offered lots of advice throughout this process. I changed the size and window capacity of my garden office and all of my requests were met.

Adam is a genuine guy, he arrived on time and travelled from Birmingham to Manchester daily to ensure that my office was built. My requests were met and nothing was too much trouble. I am a perfectionist Adam fulfilled my requirements.

The build itself is very sturdy and it certainly feels like a garden office. It is well insulated and the quality of the doors and windows are fantastic. Adam works very hard to complete on time.

I would highly recommend.

Where do I start! What a great company and a great team! We nearly went with an online big company for our 8ft x 14ft summer house. I’m so glad my Partner found these guys on EBay! Adam is so skilled and one of the nicest men I have ever met, Rachel is just an utter delight to speak to. I can’t really give them a more glowing review! The site we had was challenging but they made it work. It was a 4 day build and what they built was of the highest quality!
No corners were cut and the attention to detail is impeccable, We absolutely love it. Thank you so much Adam and Rachel you deserve all the success in the world!

A very minor problem occurred with a gate which Adam and the team built as part of our garden room ‘extras’.
(See my earlier review)

They returned swiftly and did an excellent job…just shows the ‘after sales’ service is exemplary also!
