No Response! Reviewed

Really impressed with the efficiency the order was processed and initial communication. However, the package has been delivered to the wrong address (Royal mail) despite efforts of us actually hunting the package with no joy. We have contact Kecks via their secure website link and had no response whatsoever! If Kecks wish to contact me and resolve the issue I'd be happy to reconsider my rating....but at the moment out of pocket and disappointed.
In response to Kecks, I received an automated response on my initial enquiry throught there brilliant secure website ensuring yoh actually have a verified order. The response I received after chasing my enquiry was indeed to confirm the delivery address. My further follow up email...asking for an update the told me to do what I had already done check with neighbour....all of the street, and dispite us not having a registrated secure delivery stop it was left somewhere. Whilst I appreciate the order was shipped in a timely manner....I have received my order...and neither royal mail nor kecks seem to he bothered....so as at today 15th June, my review remains at a disappointing 1 star. 😱

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed, however we do feel this review is unfair as we have been actively responding to your messages.

Our records show your initial enquiry was received on Wednesday and replied to the same day. We then responded again requesting confirmation of the delivery address, which you provided, and we followed up after reviewing the Royal Mail delivery information.

Royal Mail’s tracking and photographic evidence show the parcel as delivered to the delivery address provided on the order. We appreciate that you have checked with neighbours and searched the surrounding area, and we understand how frustrating this situation is.

We have continued to respond to your messages and investigate the information available to us, so it is not correct that you received “no response whatsoever” from Kecks.

We are also still working with Royal Mail to establish exactly what has happened and to see if the parcel can be located before determining the most appropriate resolution. As soon as we receive further information from Royal Mail, we will update you directly.

I haven't received my parcel even though royal mail showing as delivered and can't get any response from emails to yourselves

However, we do feel this review is unfair. Your first message was received on Wednesday and an response was sent the same day with advice on the next steps to help locate the items.

As Royal Mail marked the parcel as delivered, we have now opened an investigation with them to establish what has happened. Unfortunately, these investigations are handled by Royal Mail and can take time to complete.

We understand this situation is frustrating, but it is not correct that you have received no response from us. We have replied to your enquiry and are actively working with Royal Mail to investigate the delivery.

As soon as we receive further information from Royal Mail, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps and reach a resolution.
