Excellent quality hoodie

Excellent quality hoodie! Most comfortable jumper I have ever worn. Delivery was quick. Only really brought the jumper because of mashtag but the quality has made me want to check out their other stuff! Brilliant company

Never even received my item the…

Never even received my item the delivery date has been changed 3 times. Last time I ordered it came on time I paid for the fast delivery and it didn't come in time for my son's birthday

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed, however the tracking does show the parcel was delivered today at 10:10am and left in the safe place requested (shed/outbuilding).

Your order was dispatched from us on time on the 15th May and was then in DPD’s network. We can see there were delays within the courier network which unfortunately are outside of our control once the parcel has left us.

Disappointed

Poor quality material like cheap gym gear uncomfortable and comes up really tight. Printing bad quality. Expensive so really disappointed. Won’t order mashtag merch again rip off.
