Made an order and paid for next day delivery on the 30th of april its now the 4th of may and it still hasn't turned up, 0 response over my order, 1st and last order!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.
Your order was placed on the evening of 30th April at 7:47pm, after our courier collection had already gone for the day. It was then dispatched the very next working day at 12:41pm via DPD as you requested Ship to shop.
Unfortunately, this was over a bank holiday weekend, so any delivery delay after dispatch was with DPD rather than ourselves, as the parcel was shipped on time from our side.

Got a 1/4 zip for Christmas and the zip has come off it. Been told nothing they can do. Not the quality or service I’d expect for a £65 item only lasting 4 months. Back to Ethika I go.
