Slow delivery

Slow delivery. Paid for 24hr delivery ordered on Thursday evening didn't receive package until Tuesday afternoon. May as well have saved myself the extra money and gone for standard delivery.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the frustration here.

Orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next working day, so your order placed Thursday evening was dispatched on Friday. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is a 24 hour aim but not a guaranteed next day service, especially over weekends.

We do offer DPD next day as a guaranteed option, but we understand your point and will take this on board.

Women's sports wear is misleading in…

Women's sports wear is misleading in photos, looks like they have cups in the sports bra but they don't very thin not suitable for actual activity more fashion sports wear. Leggings thin as well which I found unflattering especially in light colours then a short return window

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry it wasn’t what you expected.

Our sports bras don’t have built-in cups and are designed as a lighter fit, and the leggings are more lightweight than compressive. We’ll take your comments on board around how this is shown.

Our returns policy is available before purchase, but we appreciate the feedback.

Repeat order of Breeze Kecks…

I have several pairs of Breeze Kecks and are the most comfiest pants I have found. They last well and remain comfy. The ordering and delivery was spot on and I am enjoying my new kecks to replace my worn out ones
