tried to contact multiple times to…

tried to contact multiple times to reach out about my order, the order says its fulfilled, but ive received no updates and no replies, only a tracking link with 0 updates on it. hoping for a reply here

today i messaged dhl who had the tracking number for my package. But they say that kabelmanufaktur, has cancelled the parcel, cant get answers through mail. Doesnt reply on Discord, and i dont see other ways to contact him, at this point im lost

Horrible customer support (EDITED)

I have contacted him to order a custom cable on September 12th, after telling me it was possible, I requested him to create an order and give me a payment link to proceed. He replied me back on October 4th with the order number and the link for the payment which I did at the very same moment. On October 18th I received my cable with a different host end, without opening the cable I pinged him every two days since then and I'm still waiting for him to reply me back to fix my order.

The cables are really good and cool, but the customer service is just horrible and extremely slow.

EDIT: Finally on November 3rd he pinged me back and send me the proper part on November 13th.
