Really good experience, highly recommended
Really good experience. I ordered three sofas over Christmas 2025 for delivery to the mainland. Everything went very smoothly, lots of good communication by email and also over the phone. Both Keens and their courier Edmondson delivered great customer service and I highly recommend them.

Well they exceeded me with the kindness and respect they give me time and patience to let me choose my beautiful seat that I bought they told me at end November that it would be January this year before I got it and I’m pleased to say what a choice wee picked I have to say one of the best shops off it’s kind around and I’m not just saying that because I have recommended people to them

Such a beautiful store as you walk through the doors , with all furnishings gloriously displayed as you would find it in your home .
I enjoyed every minute, allowing my mind to become carried away with the elegance , and imagination of owning so many wonderful pieces there ..
I finally settled on a beautiful console table for my hallway and 3 abstract wall art pieces which I’m completely thrilled with..
the staff were very attentive throughout , and the process from order to delivery were faultless ..
