I get hung up so often because..
While we are talking, if the screen turns off, the other side can't hear me anymore even though the line is still connected and I can hear them. To avoid this problem, I have to keep my phone in the hand and have my finger on the screen while I'm on the phone. It is ridiculously tiresome.
I also wish there were a video call feature like Skype. The price is very reasonable and it is great that I can call landline overseas. However, i get hang up so often (bcs if above reason) , and I have to keep calling back and keep touching my screen. It is painful... ( T.T)

-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.
