Really disappointed

I ordered a harness on 11/29 and it is now 12/14, no updates, absolutely no answer from customer service (despite my several emails), and no refund. No shipping label ever created.

If y'all are gonna stop operating your store, that's fine, but take your website down... I currently have a claim filed with my bank to get my money back. I wish I could say I had a good experience as they seem like nice people, but this was really disappointing.

I ordered a sleepy pod vest for my Dachshund and was sent the wrong item. I have emailed them three times and follow the instructions for returns but have not heard anything back. Not happy with this company.

I purchased xl safety vest based on the measurements of my dog’s body and his weight. When received I had to adjust the straps a lot. And then while in use the straps slipped. My dog was not secure. After struggling with it for a week or so I returned it. Got an email this am that I cannot get a refund because the item is not in new condition.

Of course it is not in new condition. I tried to use it.

I do not recommend this product for large dogs. The straps slip and make it unsafe and not secure.

The product was just as discribed and the service was good. I ordered 2 sizes and the sent a labet to return the one that didn't fit.

while on line deciding to place order the chat came up. I was heading out of town and asked about how long it would take. I was informed "we are in Huntington Beach" as I am in Cal as well I estimated the delivery. I placed the order, got the email- it was coming from Florida! of course it arrived after I left town. When I got back I also found that it was the wrong size. I returned it. I was credited the return so that was good. I would give more like 2 1/2 stars as the experience wasn't horrible just was not quite as I was told. I would not have ordered had I been told it came from Fl as I would have known it wouldn't arrive before I had to leave.

The product came quickly. I love the video link showing training suggestions. This is a great toy.

I was very happy with the entire order process but not happy with the product. I ordered a large for my 75 pound dog and the leggings are useless. The actual legging part is far to short and only covers half my dogs legs. The part that goes over the shoulders is way to to big and doesn't fit.

bought for the car but it fits perfect in the basket of the golf car and sits up high enough for our Yorkie to see out and take naps too. Have not tried it in the car yet. would buy again.

This jacket is awesome. It's a little large right now because she isn't fully grown yet. Love it

Was used in the car during an extended trip. The backseat is usually warm on a hot day, even when the AC is on. Doggie slept very well on his new mat.

Got product information I needed to make a decision for purchases. Orders came quickly. Very happy with the service. Using both dog cooling products in the FL summer heat!

I am not sure it will fit my dog and the material feels really thin,
I will try it on him but if it doesn't fit I hope it is easy to return.

I bought batteries for the guardian lights. I walk in the evening and both dogs are chocolate in color. It's often difficult to see them in the dark. The guardian lights are a life saver. People regularly comment on how they love the guardian lights. All products were received on time.

I had a double leash once before but it was not adjustable. I now have a Cocker Spaniel and a Yorkshire Terrier. This one is perfect!! I can adjust the leash to exactly where I want the dogs. It's sturdy and easy to use. I am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone looking for such a leash.

I will shop with your company again when I need ay product (s) for my puppy. Service was above par and the product exceeded my expectations! Thanks...JoAnne Anderson

fast quick delivery and quality products

I ordered a cooling jacket and cooling pad for our 16yr old Brittney Spaniel to take on a camping trip. He had not been on a trip with us for at least 2yrs since his companion another Brittney had passed away. We wanted to make the trip as comfortable as possible since it was going to be in the mid to upper 70's and humid. Unfortunately, I didn't place the order until 3 days prior to leaving on the trip so the items didn't arrive in time. I had placed the order and paid for expedited shipping. Because the items didn't arrive within the 2-3 day period I had paid for they gladly refunded my shipping cost. The cooling pad has been put to good use since its arrival upon our return and the jacket will be utilized in a few weeks when we go on our next trip. Thanks for the help in cooling our dog on these hot days of summer!

I received my order very quickly and accurately.

Still waiting for the label to return the cooling vest 5 days after they sent me an e-mail saying my request was received. I asked for help choosing the size from their online service, which was quick, but unfortunately wrong...the vest was too small. It is hot and I would like to have the new one!!
