Wish I’d read the reviews on here before wasting nearly £50 on 2 packs. They ask for the age of the children but have no intention of providing age appropriate material. My son age 9 received toddler activity packs and books. When complained they told me it’s lucky dip and age is just a guide. They’re also sending me around the houses to get a refund. Save your money and don’t buy.

I’ve ordered before and was fairly happy but my-my have they gone downhill since then, I received a sewing kit with metal needle in my three year olds pack!!! This is absolutely unacceptable, inappropriate and DANGEROUS. Such a shame because the idea, if done correctly, is a great one! I’m shocked that they are still operating tbh, and I think the royal family would be seriously appalled they are still using their name to advertise this shoddy product …I have emailed my feedback to the company but after what I’ve read here I don’t think I’ll get very far… 😬

Conned me so bad!! I brought 3 large packs but they have given me the small. I sent a photo and they won’t admit it, just keep fobbing me off. Never buy from here!!

Very disappointing!! Bought two large packs for my two daughters ages 7 and 9. Nothing to show for the price paid, items are poor quality cheap pound shop things. Bought some packs in 2023 still poor quality but there was definitely more in the packs , it would seem this company have gotten greedy! Definitely a rip off and not worth the hefty price!! Will need to add more items and pay out again to add more items

Man I wish I did my research before forking out so much money on these overpriced bags of tat.
Ordered 3 bags for 3 different ages 3-4yrs, 7-8yrs and 9-10yrs.
The things that came in each of the bags were poor quality and not age appropriate at all! I am so underwhelmed and disappointed. We are going to Greece on 4th August and thought these would be a gem for the flight there. Turns out I’m going to have to fork out more money to add some more age appropriate, quality things.

Well, I wish I read these reviews before I bought a pack. The website reviews are all amazing 5-star, I tried to leave a review on their website but no way to. So it’s clear their website reviews are all manufactured. What I received is just a load of tat, can’t believe how much I spent on this. You see influencers with these packs and they look so good, but what they actually send out is nothing like you see on social media. I got four flimsy toys, I got two lots of car type things which is irritating that it wasn’t that varied. I also got this jigsaw that is way too complicated for the respective age group. I want to return it but it looks like you can’t return unless they’re faulty.

I would give it 0 if I could. For the price I paid the bag totalled up to around £5, I paid £27. The quality of the toys were unsafe, not appropriate and flimsy. The activity books were not ages appropriate - a book tracing the word pavement for a 3 year old...

Do not waste your money.

Rubbish, poor quality toys that didn’t keep my daughter occupied for longer than a few minutes, and that was only the stickers. I actually feel embarrassed how much I paid for this, could have picked up a few things myself for a fraction of the price. Have seen these packs advertised a lot on blogs and by influencers but the packs they send out for these reviews don’t look anything like the ones that get sent to paying customers. Avoid this scam at all costs.

Awful, really wish I'd read these reviews before buying. I bought 2 bags that were about £18 each, the quality of what was in the bags was rubbish. Terrible quality, I ended up binning some of it and bought my own in the end.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered! Severely underwhelmed with the quality of the products considering the hefty price! Could put together a much nicer pack myself for cheaper. Cheap and nasty products. Very disappointed.

I wish I hadn’t wasted my money and pulled a kit together myself. The bag pieces for my eldest are not age appropriate and are too young for her and the bag for my youngest is also not age appropriate and the pieces are too old for him. They also say they’ll put snacks in but no sacks in sight. For what I paid, I could have done a cheaper and better job. Would never use again

I ordered my bag 5 days before my holiday and also paid for express delivery to be super safe! The bag never arrived. I contacted the company to ask for a refund when I returned from my holiday. They said it seemed that it had been returned to sender and would enquire why. I am still waiting for my refund over a month later even though they can see that the bag was not delivered. Bad service! The other bag for my younger child did arrive, after we had left for the holiday and you are better off going to WH Smith at the airport.

Avoid at all costs, Awful customer service, dishonest. Poor products, next day delivery took 2 weeks! Will not accept returns for unopened items even under uk trading standards (14 days)

Absolute rubbish! Items are not age appropriate! Sewing kit and Marbles for a 2 year old! I regret my purchase. Customer service useless! offered 10% discount on next purchase, i would never buy from this company again!

I was underwhelmed by the pack contents unfortunately. I won’t be buying again.

Disappointed with the pack that arrived for my 2.5 year old. There was nothing 'award-winning' about the contents of the bag - just plastic tat or items that are too advanced for him to use right now. If you buy from The Works or a similar outlet you can pick up the same sort of items for much cheaper. Wish I'd read the reviews here first rather than the clearly 'curated' reviews on their website. Recommend that you save your money and go elsewhere.

Liars! The images include snacks that were not provided. When I contacted the company, they said that they no longer provide snacks and just haven't bothered to update their website yet. Well, then provide the snacks UNTIL you update the website rather than LYING to people about what is included.

Also included a smashed up make your own birthday crown kit. When I pointed out that it is not my child's birthday so this is a stupid thing to include, they said, it's a lucky dip so I guess you were just unlucky that it's nowhere near your child's birthday. The box was so smashed up I couldn't even give it to someone else to use.

They offered me a 10% discount on my next order, which is obviously useless as I wouldn't order again anyway, especially when they have been so rude to me. Awful experience. BTW, you can buy similar packs at The Works now, so I would recommend that instead.

I ordered the PlanePal and paid for Next Day Delivery as we were flying on the 15/5 . It was dispatched on Monday 12/5 and arrived on Thursday 15/5 when we were at the airport. This is clearly not Next Day.
I contacted them and Martin emailed me back to apologise and to reach out when I returned to return it which I did.

I was then met with silly emails asking me to take a picture of the item (which I hadn’t opened as I didn’t need it). After much back and forth, they then said it was delivered in the correct time scale and would not refund me.
Now, next day delivery to me is next day delivery. Which I paid for. I am now reaching out to Plane Pal to inform them not to supply to this dodgy company and will be sharing my story so no one else falls foul of this.
Awful company. Avoid.

I purchased a backpack from them for my son and in it's place they sent a lunch box. Now they've told me they don't have any of the backpacks and I can have a 10% refund or 10% discount for future purchases. Total con job. I didn't do my research, more fool me. I'll stick to Amazon next time and avoid sh1tty little companies like this.

I feel totally conned by this company and wish I had found these reviews, rather than the clearly filtered reviews they choose to feature on their website.
I ordered a pack for my 18 month old and paid an additional amount to ensure it was age appropriate. I received only one item that would maybe keep him entertained for a very short while, everything else was too advanced for him and a few were clearly choking hazards (a small ball/catch toy is 1. Not appropriate for a plane 2. A serious choking hazard for under 3s).

I've been trying to get a refund now for weeks to no avail. Will be reporting to trading standards
