I’ve previously used Mack and had a hit and miss experience with the products clogging my spray bottles.

However, I’m pleased to say I gave them another go and was really happy with the items I received this time around. I tried the degreaser and drain cleaner.

Degreaser did a great job breaking up the sticky bits in my kitchen and the drain cleaner unclogged my bathroom sink and shower, which had previously been draining very slowly.

I love the fact that the products are eco friendly and contain no nasties as well as being a great price point.

I have used quiet a few of the Mack products and found them all fab
I love the laundry sheets and found my washing smelt fabulous after using them
The dishwasher tablets were also great and I love the surface cleaner that comes in little sachets that melt in the water bottle
It’s safe for my two dogs also which is the most important for me

I have been using Mack for over a month now and I have no complaints
It smells amazing it does the job!
I love that it is eco friendly as well and in found it really easy to use

They have so many instructions on their website as well very says to follow

The products themself clean really well I have no complaints at all! We have a brand new kitchen so it’s just generally cleaning that we use it for

Also used the floor cleaning and this stuff is amazing

They work ver well indeed and really like the fact that there is no impact on our planet.

I recently bought a range of products from this company and had many questions. The customer service I received was amazing a great company to deal with.
The products were awesome and performed better than I expected. I have always tried to use ethical products but was never overly impressed with them.
I am always worried about what is being flushed down the loo and MACK To Rimfinity works better than anything I have tried.
Highly recommend these guys, professional and really fun to deal with.

I tried to dissolve the rimfinity pod ith warm water but it refuses to dissolve and is a solid chunk in the bottle. I can't use it to clean the toilet

I bought the multipack of 12 items and a spray bottle. The 1st item I tried in the new bottle was the anti bac, this stayed in the bottom as tiny granules / sludge no matter how much it was shaken into the warm water. 2nd the water bottle didn’t spray, so completely useless. 3rd I diluted the glass cleaner in an old spray bottle that sprays brilliantly, sadly all the mirrors I cleaned were so smeary that I had clean again with another proper glass cleaner that does the job and is still good for the environment.
When I complained to MACK I was told that a new spray bottle was to be dispatched immediately…..3 weeks later no sign.
I have given up with this company’s products as compared to Method and Koh, they are not fit for purpose.

The communication from MACK was really good when I had a question and also when the order didn't go through the website quite right. They were very fast to respond. Delivery was within a few days once everything was sorted and I have been very please with what I have use so far.
I am just trying to get a bit more help regards adding a one-off to a subscription delivery order and have had to email again as so far I haven't had a answer, so hopefully they will be back to me soon. That's the only reason that I haven't been able to give 5 stars for them. Let's hope I can next time.

I have been using Mack for a while and love the products ..the best eco friendly I have tried. Also love that they support sea Shepherd and are vegan cruelty free..until this week however I had no idea how brilliant their customer service is. I had a problem with delivery and they completely outshone my own floors with their handling of the problem...Thank you Mack!

Great customer service products smell s lovely and cleans great.

They have really good products. Easy to dissolve, with a lovely smell and excellent cleaning power.
The company has very good customer support, they ship quickly and they have also a very good range of products especially to clean the toilet. Strongly suggested

Fast delivery and product works really well! Toilets are nice and clean and shiny. Will get another for the spare loo when that bottle of bleach has run out.

Some of the products are great (drain unblocker) others are poor (hard surface cleaner). For the price I don't think they offer good performance compared to other eco friendly brands.

I love everything; the products, the ethos, the packaging.
Mack Rim Finity is a replacement for regular horrible Toilet cleaner. I had yet to find an eco alternative that cleaned as well - now I have. I put it one of my mum's old toilet cleaner squeezy bottles add water - done.
I love the fact the product is a good price and arrives as apod you then add to water.
