Really love my new Mack products, very excited not to be wasting so much plastic. I've tried them all and they work as well, if not better, than the products I was using before. Thank you Mack! Keep up the good work.

Quick delivery. Great eco friendly packaging.
Products are great! So far I've tried the Fat Buoy kitchen de-greaser and the dishwasher tablets (which I honestly love!) Also got a cleaner for the washing machine which I'll be using soon too.
If you are looking for some simple eco swaps, then give them a go!
My daughter is asthmatic so the fragrance free / no added perfume etc is perfect for us!
We have a dog and cat too, so knowing the products and child and pet safe is a huge plus!! Thank you!

I love the products and delivery was really swift.

The only thing I would say is that the spray bottles don't last so I bought my own stronger ones... just thinking from a sustainability point of view

Concept is great but I really don’t understand why they use soo much of those filler items (polystyrene like although it’s not) in their packaged boxes? Surely it’s not environmentally friendly and an absolute pain to get rid of!

I’ve tried a few items, although definitely feel the rimfinity does a decent job, the consistency is very diluted and doesn’t feel like a toilet cleaning solution. The after shower descaler (the shining) works like a charm and does shine whatever it touches so well done to that and the toilet bomb (not guilty) also works very well. The washing up liquid requires much more work, hard to get a good foam feeling and takes time to get used to, smells great but doesn’t perform as well.

The paper labels that come with the packaging are a complete waste as even if you get a drop of water on it it rips off so better off not even providing that as again waste of resources.

Overall I like the branding and concept and definitely for someone like me who wants to reduce plastic consumption, this is a step in the right direction but I feel some work needs to get to a more economical solution as the price does add up when you’re buying multiple items.

Seriously underwhelmed.

There’s a lot of marketing gone into this… the brand is strong but… really these are just run of the mill alternate refills. I’d recommend SMOL over this.

I bought the dishwasher tablets - unsciented and they work fine but the lack of scent is a bit meh

Laundry sheets - they work great and smell pretty good

Toilet de scale things - it doesn't work don’t bother

Surface spray - again no smell so kinda meh.

And it all came seriously over packaged in a box 3 to 4 times bigger than it needed to be.

The products are… good mostly and maybe it’s on me because I chose un scented options. But… it really feels like I paid over the odds for a standard experience. I won’t bother with them in future.

Great product at fair price. I bought 4 packs of laundry sheets to qualify for free delivery, product arrived promptly. The box they arrived in was really big and crammed full of packing chips - totally unnecessary.

I love this company; I love their products - I spent ages looking for an eco friendly toilet cleaner that cleaned as well as being good for the environment. I found it in Rimfinity and have a monthly subscription. They have a good sense of humour too - the names of the products make me smile.
Their customer service is excellent, I had an issue with a duplicate order, emailed, got an almost immediate response asking me to ring rather than emails back & forth, it was sorted in no time. I was thanked for my customer loyalty and came away feeling really happy with my choices.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in finding a company with great products and a fantastic ethos.

Really good customer service as royal mail delivered my package to the wrong place and Mack was happy to send me a replacement order with no fuss. The products are great as well!!

I recently bought the Big MACK BioPod Bundle and can honestly say that these products are incredible and make a much better job of my chores than any other cleaning product I have ever used. EVERYWHERE is spotless and gleaming, especially the shower, which I could actually clean without holding my breath to avoid the usual chemical fumes! Also, a couple of my doors had a few stubborn marks on them which nothing has been able to shift, until Ocean Potion; all marks gone...I can't believe it! And a big shout out for the really friendly and helpful MACK team, whose customer service credentials are outstanding. I sat on the fence for months before I took the plunge. If you're finding yourself in the same predicament, take a leap of faith as you won't be disappointed!

Basically this stuff is great. No fancy-schmancy faffing on it just gets down and dirty and cleans stuff up. The kitchen degreaser is fabulous and the toilet cleaner is the absolute best I’ve found for pesky limescale stains
Boom - job done

I recently acquired the Bathroom Blitz Kit Biopod Bundle and wanted to share how impressed I am with this company and their products! Firstly the website is easy to navigate and place orders (especially impressed with the product names which gave me a good giggle!), the order was received quickly with great communication from the company. I loved the environmentally friendly packaging with dissolvable packing chips and everything had clear instructions on how to use it. Lastly, and most importantly to me, the products work really well. They are environmentally friendly and non-toxic and my en-suite has never looked so fresh and clean!

Try them, you won't be disappointed!

Products work well, I use 7 of them. You get a reminder before each subscription repeat and it's easy to pause/change/delay the order if you need to. The sprays last ages, you don't empty the bottle after just a few cleaning sessions like some supermarket products.
