Order a shirt for my daughter. Order was supposed to arrive on Thursday or Friday. Tracking number was issued for order. Tracking number shows it arrived in El Paso Texas from California and then randomly shipped from El Paso to Indianapolis, where we don’t live in. We pay for a product and shipping so a product to show up within a reasonable amount of time and it doesn’t. We have an event that we are attending and this was the reason which this order was placed. Had a shirt made locally which was cheaper and done on site. Awesome quality but can’t compare to keeptee because we haven’t received it.

My experience with Keeptee was wonderful because they care about the customer . When I purchased my items I received a caring message thanking me for my order and let me know if I needed anything else. I've never received an email like that after I ordered merchandise. The quality of the material is outstanding and I know I'll be wearing this for many years. I'll only be buying from this company. Thank you so much! I'm very happy.

color I wanted was not available after i ordered it.
I picked another color, which is fine, but the printing on this color is way harder to see.
It's fine, but not what I originally was hoping for.

I have had an outstanding experience with the store! I had to order us hoodie for my daughter’s birthday, and I only had a couple of days to spare. I paid for expedited shipping, but still wasn’t certain it would be here in time. I received an immediate email from the shop the morning after I placed my order, and I made a plea with them to please send as quick as possible, and it came quicker than I could’ve ever imagined! What an amazing service. And the hoodie is great too, great quality and I am very pleased and grateful

KeepTee offered the perfect tshirt that I needed for my son-in-law's birthday! I needed to have it within a certain window of dates because we were going out of town. KeepTee stepped up, quickly completed the shirt and mailed it off so that I received it on time! ...and my son-in-law LOVED it! Thank you so much, KeepTee!!!

Shirt design and website was easy to navigate and place an order

Ordered 2 shirts. Both didn’t fit correctly for the size ordered. Second shirt was only printed on the front even though I paid extra for printing on the front and back.

They went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations, especially myself needing the shirt within a certain time frame , they communicated greatly with me throughout the process and was more than on time , early actually . So hands down , perfect customer service and the quality of the product was well worth it as well . Overall phenomenal job ! Thank you guys and gals !!!!

Both shirts did not include the city that I saw the concert in. I am not sure why they did not include Los Angeles nor did they include Las Vegas for the Morgan Wallen tour. Also, the women’s small runs like a baby small

The T.shirt arrived exactly as it was advertised online I am 100% happy with the choice. The young 16yr doesn't know he's getting it yet. His Mum and Dad named him WILCO.
