Good price, good quality and arrived when stated.
Sent a note when placing order to say how quickly I needed the boiler parts and they were dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

Also available on the phone (after a few attempts mind), unlike so many other online companies, which I avoid like the plague.

As a professional plumber and gas engineer I would recommend unlike so many other similar companies.

I cannot fault Keeptheheaton in any way. Louise TAYLOR is an excellent ambassador for the company. She is knowledgable, courteous, friendly and incredibly efficient. Fast delivery and quick responses to emails. I ordered replacement Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for my hot water tank, boilermate 2, as they were making a loud buzzing sound, parts were delivered next day and staff also responded quickly to my questions over email. After parts were replaced buzzing has stopped. This is a common problem for old PCBs.

Ordered a Drayton MA1 mid position valve actuator at about 4pm on a Tuesday. It arrived the next day by 11am. Packaged well too.

Very bad, avoid at all costs, cannot contact the company at all. I sent a query through their website, last week and got no reply. I tried calling all day yesterday and get through to no one, the message on the phone says I can press 2 to request a call back without loosing my place in the que, but that option does not work. It eventually sends me to voicemail. I left a voicemail and got no call back.

Hi guys ; who wants to do online order with Keeptheheaton careful please, the company takes money & delivery fee then sends faulty , damaged and wrong one instead your original order ( second hand one) as my experience ( I had two times ordered both had same problem) in the meantime the customer service of the company is too rude not resolve the problem , you will loos your time and money .

Ordered new fan for my warm air heating. Paid for next day by 10am delivery. Correct item arrived next day at 8:20am. I fitted and tested it by 9am before going to work. Perfect.

Ordered part Thursday night. decided to upgrade postage on Friday, so rang and Luke sorted it for me. I rang Saturday morning and he tracked parcel for me. I recieved it at 10.30. Excellent service. Can't fault them at all.

Heat exchange gasket very fast delivery but had a fault with it. Sent them a email with pictures but no reply. A few days later I telephoned them and was told the person dealing with it was not in. She would get him to call me. No call so I sent a second email still no response 3 weeks later will not use them again C Smith.

I ordered a part on the instruction of my gas engineer and it arrived the next day.

However it turned out not the part to be broken.

The company gave a full return bar the postage and the staff were very helpful.

The COST to post 2 small rubber gaskets was daylight robbery.
