With Caps, Case. Unless you get out a magnifying glass would think they were NEW. I have only taking out 100 shots with the setup but works perfectly. As a note this is my 2nd go round with the CL that I bought new at Christmas 2017. I recently bought a Leica Q3 which for me is not nearly as much fun to shoot with, maybe have to sell it, who knows. KEH team members are the BEST !!

Was looking to upgrade from an older out dated camera and went to keh. There selection was awesome and it was quick and simple to pick and chose what I liked, there rating system is pretty easy to use and the price was better than other resellers I looked at. Package was delivered in a normal box with loads of the big bubble wrap inside for protection. Everything was is the condition they stated. Definitely will be returning and will recommend.

KEH is a name I trust. Great Photography gear that is rated well. Excellent condition means Excellent condition, and Bargain is often quite decent too. Huge selection and well-packaged items. I've never been disappointed.

I purchased a camera and a lens, the buttons stuck even though I purchased the excellent plus quality.. they sent me a bargain quality. I messaged customer service and their emails went to my junk mail, and I missed my 21 day return window. I’ve still been trying to reach out and they keep refusing to return my email. The original message I got was so cold too and completely uncaring. I also sold my old gear to them and they completely low balled me even though I sent in good quality gear and they quoted me way higher then they offered. I felt pressured to sell because they already had my gear so I just took the L. Big mistake. I will not use or sell to KEH ever again and I will not recommend them.

Purchased my NIKON D5 (KEH Excellent) rating....needless to say this camera looks 100% new! Yes used, but I would dare anyone to see it and say differently. KEH sells amazing used gear that I can trust!

I have purchases multiple items from KEH. They have always been as listed. The one time that there was an issue it was dealt with professionally and quickly. KEH is my first stop when looking for used photography equipment.

Package was well packed and arrive promptly and safe.
It’s an old film camera. I’m pretty sure it’s going to work fine.

Excellent phone support followed by seamless online transaction. Equipment arrived beautifully packaged and well within "Excellent+" condition. Except for shipping glitch by USPS (not KEH) I am completely delighted with this transaction.

The product was at an exceptional price and in exceptional condition. It was easy to locate on KEH's website and shipping was prompt. I've used KEH as a supplier often and recommend them to other photographer's and students at the undergraduate and graduate level.

I've bought camera kit from KEH for many years. Although the quality is often good, once in a while the item sent is NOT as described. That's when you get to know their customer service and you deal with a cold, unconcerned team. They sent me an item that was marked as "Excellent" but didn't work properly. And dealing with them was a negative experience that clearly states that one cannot trust their listings.

On the other hand, when dealing with MPB, not only do they actually post photos of the kit you'll be sent... also their customer service is considerate and quick. In my experience, KEH is just not worth it: it's slightly more expensive and customer service is often not nice.
