I placed an order for an “excellent plus”used Fujifilm X-T3. The item arrived quickly and carefully packaged. I prefer picking up shipped items from a reputable carrier. KEH shipped through FEDex to a location near me. I was able to track the package and appreciate the added shipping confidence. Thank you for a seamless experience.

I have only had great experiences buying/ selling through KEH. Orders arrive very quickly, packed carefully with tons of padding. Prices are fair and products are as described. Zero issues.

Received my lens was in much better condition than expected it was like new. Price was great. Also was supposed to receive it between 5 to 7 business days, ordered it on Easter Sunday and received it by Wednesday. Not my first time purchasing from them, in the past I’ve also sold a camera to them and ended up getting more for the camera than they quoted. Will continue to keep shopping for all my camera needs at KEH.

I traded a lot of gear towards a new system. I received more money after the evaluation than the estimate originally projected. I took advantage of the trade-in bonus and put that toward a higher end lens.

The body and lens I bought was in much better condition than I had thought. All around great experience which is nice when you're dealing with thousands of dollars of gear on both sides of the transaction.

To anyone reading this: Save your boxes! You'll typically get more on trade and those of us that buy feel better knowing if someone cared enough to save the original box then they most likely took care of their gear.

Again KEH ships quickly and the product is as it was advertised. No disappointment with KEH. Thank you for doing business the "old fashion way" - with integrity and trust and providing a good quality product that is honestly represented.

I ordered a camera lens rated as ‘Like New minus’ for a price a little over half of what it was new. It was shipped quickly and arrived two days earlier than originally estimated. It was very well protected and was undamaged in shipping. It looks ‘Like New’ to me. It functions perfectly and has totally clear optics. I am very happy with everything about this purchase!

The lens I bought arrived in like new condition and the price was right. The only reason why I dropped a star from this review was although I continued to receive adds from KEH, I did not get any update about when my package would arrive, or any way to check on it.

I recently purchased a camera body with a couple attachments from KEH in excellent condition. True to their word, it is indeed in excellent condition, especially for a camera made in 1974. Mechanisms like the bellows and levers work just fine and it only shows a minor amount of use from previous owners. I will be purchasing from KEH again in the future as I continue to build my dream camera.

I am so impressed with my experience. Ordering was easy, but better than that was the shipping and product! I can’t believe how nice the camera is - even better quality than described. I was so pleasantly surprised at how new it looked and shipping was super fast. I haven’t developed any film yet, but I did load a roll and snapped a couple shots and it seems to be fully functioning. The KEH team is helpful, fair, and knows so much about every piece of photographic equipment and accessory imaginable. Got into a whole slew of new gear at a great value. It was a pleasure... and sense we will be doing business for years to come.

Only caveat, the in-store experience is more camera bar than a browse-and-buy, so it is helpful to have a good general idea of what you are looking for when you arrive.

The lens I purchased is perfect. Not a scratch or a spec of dust that I can find. And sharp as a tac.

I sent equipment for sale to KEH.

Unfortunately there was a glitch in the transfer of money, which has since been resolved.

KEH Customer Service was on it and stayed engaged until the issue was satisfactorily resolved.

I have bought and now sold through KEH and will continue to do so in the future.
