We own a Glamping retreat and wanted a bespoke bed for our mirror dome.
From start to finish the customer service, care and attention has been so professional, helpful friendly and above all knowledgeable .
We needed advice as we want to provide superlative comfort, quality and uniqueness to our guests.
We got it all.
A truly beautiful bespoke circular bed with drawers. We couldn’t ask for better workmanship.
Even to delivering the bed, David and Mark came with Sophie to ensure everything was perfect.
What a team. It’s so refreshing to see such pride, attention to detail and genuine care.
It has been the best experience we have encountered the work, dedication and craftsmanship put this company way above any other. Absolute pleasure to work with.
PS Two guests have already inquired about it because the bed is so comfy.

The people who run and work in this company are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and supportive.
They helped us last year to get two mattresses to help co sleep with our daughter . We found them so friendly, and understanding to our situation and our matresses are the best choice we could have made!
We had plenty of opportunities to try the matress in the shop and staff were helpful in understanding the different types of matresses. We went back a few times to lie on them. From what we heard we know they offer ethnical, and excellent quality matresses in their high end range ( we did look at all the different ones and decided to go for the higher end because we will not buy another matress for a long time) and their matresses are really similar to other high end branded ones, but not with the price tag attached.
We will definitely recommend and we hope we can be in a position soon to buy two mattresses for kids from their other lower price ranges ones because some of these appeared to be really nice as well.
Thank you so much for your team of excellence in everything from start to finish. We really couldn’t have bought any better matresses anywhere else!

Absolutely brilliant!

The whole experience from start to finish was faultless, the customer service was amazing and extremely helpful regarding colour, fabric etc as well as being in contact regarding delivery and also ensuring that it was suitable for myself.

Sophie was extremely knowledgable on what would meet our needs and helped pick the perfect bed.

We visited the showroom as we wanted a firmer and higher bed. The staff were excellent and helped us to make our choice. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately, due to our awkward staircase,the base would not go upstairs! We returned to the showroom and the team there came up with a solution. Kelcol beds are top quality and nothing is too much trouble. I visited the showroom for my elderly parents to try out beds. All the staff we met were lovely and we were given as much time as we wanted. No pressure sales or tactics used here. The beds speak for themselves. The quality is excellent, as is the choice - there are so many options even once you've decided on the bed. The mattress we bought is really good quality too. Delivery was arranged for a time convenient to me so I could be there to move the old bed first. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Kelcol.

Went to showroom and was able to try out various mattress’s and also select a new divan bed, in matching colours. The service was excellent and professional and I placed an order for both and five days later they arrived and assembled for me. All parts of my old bed and mattress were removed and taken away. A first class service from a local company, I highly recommend them

Attended with my daughter who wanted a new mattress as she reminded me she had had her bed for over 10 years. Attended at reception, no appointment necessary, and were shown to the showroom where she tried out all the mattresses, she thought that she had made a decision and then we were advised that there was another mattress that they would like her to try based on the one that she liked the most, just as well she did because this was the one that she went for. Arrived the following Friday, the delivery driver called ahead to say they were on their way and got the old mattress downstairs for me as my hubby had forgotten. Excellent value, quality and service from start to finish cannot recommend them enough

Local, family run company who go above and beyond. Visited the showroom, had expert advice and no pushy sales. They telephoned me the day before delivery to tell me a time and they turned up on the dot! They even took away our old mattresses. Would highly recommend.

The help i got right from the beginning with my enquiry to choose the right matress for my Daughter was absolutely fantastic. I was told from start to finish all the details and informed when my delivery was going to be. The delivery man was very polite and helpful. The matrass we received is top quality and is beyond our expectations. Thank you so much. I am very impressed and i highly recommend this amazing company to anyone.

Excellent service, fantastic value and very comfortable mattress!!

Our experience with Kelcol was absolutely first class from start to finish. Sophie was very accommodating as we couldn’t get to the showroom during opening times so she allowed us to make an appointment and visit out of hours. Their range of beds seems limitless and would have been slightly overwhelming if Sophie hadn’t spent her time allowing us to ask all the questions we needed while taking through the products. Everything about the bed we ordered was customisable and fitted to our needs and overall look we wanted. It was delivered in under a week, which is unbelievable with it being made from scratch and the quality being second to none. I was called the day before by Sophie who informed me of the delivery time and date. The delivery/install men arrived and were very polite and respectful of our property and did an amazing job. They removed all the protective packaging and you wouldn’t have known they had been. I highly recommend Kelcol and will be doing so at every opportunity and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Although I know this bed will last a lifetime. Thank you.

Superb service from start to finish.
I bought a king size mattress which is all handmade on site. There were lots of different styles and levels of firmness of mattresses available in the showroom for me to try out to help me choose which suited me best. All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and delivery was really fast. I've had the mattress for about a month now and it is very comfortable and extremely well made. An excellent experience and service all round and I highly recommend Kelcol.

I recently ordered a new mattress as mine was over 15 years old which was also from kelcol. It was still in great condition however, due to its age I thought a new one was needed. The old one is now in my spare room as I couldn't bear to part with it.

The customer service I received from Amy and her team were second- to-non. They could not accommodate me any better. They delivered it on time and the driver was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. What a great family run business.
