Mail Fraud…

I ordered in October 2024 and have not heard from the company with shipping information or order number. I will be contacting the authorities for mail fraud.

I placed an order on November 3

I placed an order on November 3. It still says it is unfulfilled even though it stated it would arrive between November 8 and November 13th. I have reached out via email and the chat on the site with no response. At this point I just want a refund and I will never order from this site again. I feel like this is a scam. Very disappointed.

The worst company I’ve ever shopped from!! I ordered a scarf coat from them and wasn’t even aware it was a preorder since they had several of the same jackets on different links. Ordered since Nov 11th and NO REPLIES from them. Emailed, tried their “chat” and even their Instagram (which btw, THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS/ ORDER INQUIRIES FROM) they claim that shipping takes long because of their “free shipping” but I have ordered from several companies that used free shipping and it has never taken this long! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Buyer Beware

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Paid for a “pre-order” of an item expected to ship in 2-3 weeks. This was a month ago. I have messaged these folks three times and they refuse to respond. Terrible business practices.

STAY AWAY !!

Still waiting on my order from October 7th, this place needs to be shut down and reported to the proper authorities. This is ridiculous, I can’t even find the words or probably not allowed to write the words I’m thinking at this moment. If you aren’t able to run a proper functioning business please don’t, stop taking money from hard working customers and then cannot provide what is ordered . Disgusting !! And there communication is awful, no response at all. I need an update on my order # 52596, it says shipped from November 5th, yet no tracking update ?

So I finally got an update on my order, it’s lost in transit …. I cannot find words to describe this experience anymore . The surprising part was the actual nerve to ask if I would like a store credit or refund . After such an experience I’m appalled why they think I would want a credit to shop again with them when an order placed from October 7th took one month to ship and then it’s lost . I just want money now so I can be done with Kelly Obi, I’ve never encountered this kind of service of any business before, it’s disgusting. They should be shut down for these practices.

“Pre-Order” Scammers

Placed pre-order one month ago. I’ve contacted the merchant twice and was informed that I they were busy? Item pre-order etc. I have ordered from other out of the U.S. with a quicker turn around. This is poor business practice for which I will be taking action!

Disappointed

I placed several orders with this company. For some reason I received some items (sweatshirts) quicker. I'm still waiting on a preorder from the beginning of November. (57901) I've reached out several times and have yet to get a response. Bad business ethics.

I ordered 2 items October 15th still have not received. Contacted customer service. Received automated message that they are backed up. Order delays, supplier fire. Going to dispute charge with my credit card.

No response No merchandise

I am very concerned reading these reviews. Between early Oct.- Nov, I purchased 5 order#s 55957, 55880, 56817, 56361 and 59214. They have not provided a status or shipping information for anything. I did buy pre-orders and I have waited the 5 weeks lead time and still no response and no merchandise. I hope they respond and fill the orders. I like their clothes but I'm ready to take action if necessary. This is sad. I hope to hear from them and receive the orders soon.

Poor Customer Service/ Extended Delivery Date

This is my second time placing an order with this company and I’ve ran into problems on both occasions. With my first order, I requested a size S and received a size M. I messaged customer service and when they did respond more than a week after, they indicated that I can have it returned if it didn't fit and discounted. I live all the way in Trinidad so returning the dress would cost almost same as the product cost which doesn’t make financial sense, so I was forced to keep it.

On the second occasion, I ordered 6 dresses. Thats on the 16th October, 2024. Today is the 10th November and they still have yet to be shipped. Messaging customer service comes like wasting time as they’d take days or weeks to respond if they do. With this being said, if you need an item urgently, this wont be the company for you. They have decent clothing but their customer service provision is very poor.

Unique, Stylish, Good Quality, Affordable!

The clothes and accessories are unique and stylish. I have purchased necklaces, earrings, blouses, and full outfits from this brand. I get constant compliments and people ask me where I got it from. Items were shipped and delivered as stated. Cost is affordable and worth it! I definitely will continue purchasing here. I literally just got a graffiti denim jacket and another blouse. Love this designer!

Just to clarify, the item you ordered—the mule sandals—were listed as a pre-order with a 2-3 week production time on the product page. Since pre-orders take a little longer to be made and shipped, your order is still in the production stage.

I noticed you placed your order via Facebook/Instagram Shop. That means your order updates and notifications are handled by MetaShop, so you can check the status through the email linked to your Facebook account. Alternatively, you can view your order details directly in your Facebook or Instagram app:

On Facebook: Go to your profile → Click on "Orders and Payments" under the Settings & Privacy menu.
On Instagram: Tap the three-line menu (top right) → Go to Orders under the “Your Activity” section.

Also, we replied to your support ticket on November 5, explaining the pre-order timeline, but it sounds like our message might have been missed. Please check your email, and let us know if you still can’t find it.

As for the “scam” claim, I assure you that we’re a legitimate business. We fulfilled your previous order without any issues earlier this year, and we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. Purchase at a your own Risk

Received merchandise ordered. Took a while on shipment item returned for exchange 2 months ago. They claimed they were facing issues. Never received exchange item. Requested refund. Refund hasn't reached my account yet
I really liked the Red pleated dress ordered but they never sent the larger size for exchange. Never received refund

Hello Shoshana. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and that you didn’t get the larger size of the red pleated dress you loved. As per your request, we canceled the exchange on October 31. Regarding the refund, I’ve double-checked your order, and I can confirm it was processed on our end on November 5. In fact, it was deducted from our bank account on November 6.

Since you paid through Shop Pay Installments, here’s how the refund process works: Instead of receiving a lump sum, your refund is applied to your installment plan. This means any remaining payments will be reduced or canceled first. If you had already paid off all installments, you should see the refund appear in your original payment method. Sometimes, depending on your bank, this may take a few extra business days.

I know this isn’t ideal, and I appreciate your patience while this is sorted out. If you don’t see the refund soon, please get in touch with Shop Pay directly or let us know, and we’ll help follow up.

FRAUDSTERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as the other comments, ordered goods, email to say there was a fire so maybe a delay. Numerous emails since that update on 18th October and no response to them from customer service. I am now going to contact my bank to get my money back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

The most unprofessional

SCAM! They took 1.5 months to deliver a pair of shoes. But what’s worse, their straps are abnormally large and won’t hold, they’re unwearable. The company stopped answering my emails once I requested a prepaid shipping label considering they sent me a DEFECTIVE item.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 10/18/2024

Ordered a pair of shoes on 10/18/2024, then received an email saying that there are delays due to a "fire" at a partner's warehouse. No more correspondence after that. Contacting the Attorney General's office in New York to have them investigated. Customer service does not respond!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Frustrating experience

Made on order with order number #53191 since 10/10 and i am yet to receive shipping confirmation. This is very disappointing and frustrating especially since it’s a black owned business. Looks more like fraud. The company needs to be investigated. Kelly Obi i need my order or refund my money.

Don’t purchase from this company

Horrible experience. Customer service doesn’t reply to messages. Takes a month to receive partial order & then items that aren’t shipped are not even offered to be refunded. They take your money & don’t ship the merchandise. Dont order from this company they suck & the quality of their products are horrible & cheap
