Kelvins drawing tutorials are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend his course for anyone looking to take their drawing skills to the next level. Before taking the course I was working solely in graphite, but after learning to combine graphite & charcoal I can now produce much better results, especially in my portraiture work for achieving a much more realistic result.

Kelvin takes you through the process in a very clear and easy to follow process, showing every step of the drawing from start to finish, and shows a full list of all the materials he uses.

A very complete course from a master artist! One I look at often for tips & inspiration, always learning something new. Money definitely well spent!!

I’ve been drawing only 1 year, I have a great skill set and since I started drawing have been paid by family and friends to do commissions. I’ve source a few online courses and paid for a variety but I’ve found kelvins has taken my skills set to the next level. I like realism and wondered how the artist I see online create the work they do, kelvins clear example and step by step techniques have been easy to apply and I’m seeing the benifits within my own work. I am now able to charge more for my commissions as my work has significantly improved. For anyone starting or experienced I would highly recommend this course. Best Buy I’ve done.

There is not enough space to say all the great experiences I have had with Kelvin, his staff, his classes and his art. All communications have been faster than responses from friends - it didn’t matter if it was Kelvin or his staff. His art speaks for itself and face it, when you look at it, it is what brought us here to his site - it is stunning and emotive. Then there are the classes. I am fortunate to be blessed with modules 1-6 and I am still working my way through. The quality, instruction, passion for the love of art, and his unique approach aides in creating a confidence that we can each one day achieve our own mastery of the beauty a simple pencil can achieve. I will go over and over these for the rest of my days…as each time makes me a bit better. Kelvin was one of the first artists I came across on IG when I started my art journey, and was left in awe. His technique and detailed explanation makes the process seem effortless and the results are unbelievable. I finished his teaching modules online and immediately ran to my sketchbook to try and develop those skills and to see the magic come alive! The modules go into so much explanation and recorded in real-time which really makes you realise how much time and effort needs to go into a piece of art. Recently, I felt there was an area I wanted to work on more regarding details and technique so I reached out to Kelvin for some advice. I received a response within 1 day and he had addressed all my queries in so much detail. Great customer service! He was prompt, professional and I highly recommend his courses.

Before I get into the review I want to share I would like to point out to not only students or artists
Kelvin has a unique mind that I personally haven't come across in a long time. He has a gift that connects and conveys his feelings and passion of what he loves to the world and thus creating a bond that inspires and attracts many around him.

For my review..

I had the pleasure of having a pleasant and rewarding 1 hour session with Kelvin 1-1 in where he went over two different techniques in the area I felt for years I have been lacking, we went over topics such as where the lightest areas and the darkest areas on par with the reference we was working.

We also went over how to achieve the best tone for different hair in regards to what colour the background the reference and how to achieve light tones to create strands of hair. We also took a moment to look at different types of hair and how to achieve the tones and realism.

Overall Kelvin spoke very clearly, showed me up close so I witnessed what he was teaching and showed me a way of achieving what I've been lacking in a easy and understandable way.

I would definitely recommend anyone who loves the notion of creating, exploring their mind to inquire about either his modules he has on his website which have helped me greatly or injure about his classes or his 1-1

I ordered Kelvin's course a few weeks ago and am very satisfied. The course is easy to follow and gets to the point. No elaborate editing, no distracting video effects just a master who presents the steps to make drawings in his own way. I highly recommend this training for people wanting to refine their portrait technique.

After buying the course I sent almost 4 emails requesting some information, and no answer yet.
Doesn’t make you look serious about your students.

Excellent stuff, haven’t had a lot of time to complete the course but it’s great to pick up when and where I can.

I am so impressed with Kelvins work I have tried to use his methods in my drawings and have seen a great improvement in skin textures

I attended one of Kelvin’s Masterclasses and found it very inspiring! He was demonstrating both drawing techniques and showing which materials he uses, as well as he answeared all questions. It was such a good Masterclass where he explained in depth how he works and showing as well valuable tricks to help you improve your own drawing technique.
