I have been absolutely happy with the ready to drink formula milk from Kendamil. If I ever need formula milk again I would definitely go back to them! It was so easy to order when I subscribed to monthly delivery service of certain amounts with also free shipping. And the milk smelled like proper milk, milky, sweet soury taste, not anything artificial compared to the previous kind of formula milk I was using, it was so bland and it did not smell of anything! No wonder why my little one's tummy was struggling. Once we changed to Kendamil, his feeding improved, bringing up milk got reduced and his milky stained tongue got cleared. It made me think how so much better Kendamil was in taste and quality! I was also so happy that they do not use soy lecithin as an emulsifier! The only formula milk that does not contain any soya traces! That is what I needed, excellent quality! I have only one recommendation regarding the courier company, as they did not always show courtesy to take the boxes up the stairs to my door. So, if you choose to use the service of a different shipping company, it will be great of you!

My baby has been using Kendamil since birth and it’s been really good for her. I usually recommend it for my friends and family.

We absolutely love Kendamil. The pre-made bottles have made taking our bottle fed baby on outings a much easier experience and our son has taken to having them very easily.

Our son also took to the powdered formula quickly, combined with our perfect prep machine we have such peace of mind knowing we can quickly prepare a bottle that our son will enjoy (and we have been particularly lucky that he enjoys the milk at body temperature, room temperature or straight from the fridge).

The fact it is a British brand, based in the Lakes, is also greatly appealing. We feel like it is great value for the quality we receive and for supporting a British brand.

Using the subscription service has been great, it’s easy to set up and to amend orders and gives us peace of mind knowing that we will be well stocked with formula and pre made bottles.

We are looking forward to moving onto the baby porridges etc when our son starts weaning.

I’ve used the subscription service from Kendamil for a few months which I am already very impressed with. This month when my delivery arrived, the box along with 2 of the tins were damaged. I messaged Kendamil who were really quick to respond and immediately organised for replacements to be sent out. 10/10 service.

Order milk direct from supplier which took over 2 weeks to be dispatched. Awful customer service. I called 3 times and was just told the milk wasn’t in stock and no idea when it would be dispatched. Will not be ordering again!

Our baby loves Kendamil! And I used to order everything online but recently I had a lot of trouble with an order which a lady called Jane has been trying to sort out and everyone I spoke to have been great! She did sort out a refund for the part of my order that never arrived. She said I would still get my order but still till this day hasn’t arrived but as I got a refund I haven’t chased up again and has put me off ordering online for this product even though it’s cheaper. Overall thought love Kendamil and they did try and help as much as they could.

I want to thank the Kendamil team for the help I received. I had a problem with delivery and the team helped me resolve it within 5 business days. They always answer my letters. This is very important and I thank them for it.
My baby is mixed-fed. I don't have enough breast milk to feed my baby and I use ready-made formula milk for feeding Kandamil. We have been using this milk since my baby's first day of life. She really likes this milk. My baby is 6 months old and she already weighs 7 kilograms and 300 grams. Good health baby.

Kendamil goat is the best for combi feeding in my opinion. Much easier on their tummies than cow alternatives and baby loves it! The comfort drops have been amazing too, he was very gassy until we started using those.
Customer service is also fantastic. Had an issue and they resolved it very quickly and I was compensated a free tin as well. Can’t fault Kendamil at all

Kendamil have been my number one provider of milk from the start and never failed to disappoint me. They have also have a friendly live chat box where you can speak to a real person who gives you honest advice for your little one - not a company that tries to force its products on you but who cares. Would recommend and use again

Really quick delivery

I’ve used kendamil for two of my babies, I breastfed all 3 of my babies but have needed to supplement with 2, I personally wouldn’t use a different brand of formula. Kendamil is absolutely amazing and obviously made with care and love. My babies THRIVE on Kendamil, even my son who had CMPA did amazing on their goat milk formula. I trust Kendamil as much as I trust my own breastmilk and I never thought I would use formula after my first baby had such an amazing ebf journey.

I use kendamil subscription and I love it. So easy and convenient and my baby loves the milk.
