Very expensive and over priced for a rubber for key fob

Awful. Booked a tow bar fitting. Arrived at allocated time. Received a call after a few hours to notify a delay and then half an hour later received another call to say they hadn’t got the right parts. Whole day wasted for me and my wife, fuel for two cars wasted, no compensation offered. Gone elsewhere now. Book at your own peril.

Went for a towbar at appointment time was told they had other work booked in after mine and was more lucrative told to wait 3 hrs or go away so I went away don't use these crooks unreliable and rude

I hit the garage... UGH... and broke the mirror on my 2018 Highlander.

I was quoted $869 to replace the mirror.
I didn’t have the money pay that much, so I called salvage yards looking for an aftermarket mirror.

Troy from Ken’s Auto Salvage was the only person to find a mirror for the Highlander and at an incredible cost of $200.00

The auto body garage I hired to actually put the mirror back on the Highlander would NOT replace the mirror because they said It didn’t fit.

(At this point I am so upset because I don’t have $800 + to replace the mirror.)

Troy (being an amazing guy) offered to have Ken, the owner of Ken’s Auto Salvage put the mirror on at a much lower cost.

Ken and Gary ( KAS) replaced my mirror for $100.00. What would have cost me over $800, ended up only costing $300. It’s been a few months now and the mirror works perfectly

Ken’s Auto Salvage not only had the part which no one else could find, they went above and beyond to help me out of very costly situation.

I am incredibly grateful to Troy, Ken and Gary for everything they did.

On a side note, Troy is an incredibly personable, funny and knowledgeable guy! Troy could make paying taxes fun!!

Great service garage Mark the manager was very attentive to what was needing doing to my car. Went in to have the Alternator changed and the Mechanic saw that there was a fuel fault and consulted on having it fixed the same time so saved added time and expense. Brain the Mechanic is well experience and knows his thing around cars. I would recommend this garage for service and MOT testing

Where do I start?
I was told - job costs 800. They value it at 1200 MAX. To be done within a few days.
Reality: Comes up to £1600!!! and he has already done it without my permission. And it was probably gonna get worse. They damage the bonnet holder on the left side. They have probably stolen the engine cover. Car has a new sound. These people are why you dont repair cars anymore. I might as well use that £1600 and buy the parts my self. THE BLOODY CAR COSTS £1200!

Avoid these con men at all costs, tried to charge me £150 for a replacement car key. 3D auto keys were £70. When I told them I think you have the wrong price they said their price was the cheapest and 3D were wrong. Told them
I didn’t want their service and they would give me my keys back

Contacted Bulwell branch as my elderly Mum had managed to brake her car key in petrol cap at petrol station. Fantastic service, they attended In about 30 minutes and saved The day! Couldn’t have asked for more helpful response. Thank you

I visited the warlingham branch, I know nothing about cars. My dad was my mechanic & sadly passed away unexpectedly. I went to kens autos & I dealt with krusty. He was so lovely to me. He did my mot & told me that I can go back any time etc. They really were very lovely. I appreciate them and intent to return to tjem in the future. Lovely men, and very helpful.

Despite the promised overnight delivery, 3 days after ordering, it still hasn’t arrived! Sadly a very disappointing experience.

Nice job but forgot to phone me when the car was ready.

Had new brake discs and pads fitted good price and excellent service.

Their price for some minor work was a full £200 less than my outrageous quote from Pentagon, Chilwell. Very happy with the work and have no reservations about recommending them to other customers.
