What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! The case was a little bit complicated and there was small tech issues to boot also, some income not pulling through properly, loan little bit wrong from the DIP but Kensington were fantastic! Got it all sorted the old fashioned way with a phone call and the case was agreed subject to valuation within 3 working days! Fantastic service thanks again!

Great option when your financial…
Great option when your financial situation isn't straight forward and most popular lenders can't help. I.e having a portfolio of buy to let's meant fewer options. Still despite this the rates were competitive considering.
Since taking out my mortgage I had to contact the team for help and the customer service rep I spoke to was extremely good. Very helpful and quick to answer.👍
I was very impressed when having received my mortgage offer but before completing there was a rate drop and they issued a new offer at the better rate. 😁
Could do better........
The first property I was buying fell through. I had a mortgage offer in place for at least 3 months. When I found another property only a couple of weeks later rather than having the option to transfer this offer over, subject to survey, I had to start again as if it's a new application which took more time and cost me a second broker fee. Maybe consider a transfer option 🤔

Very efficient mortgage process …
From application through to completion of property purchase was a seamless and efficient process. Rate was also competitive and time for expiry of product gave us enough time to complete without undue conveyancing stress.
