Our driver/guide, Dylan was excellent. We consider ourselves to be well seasoned travellers, who love to immerse ourselves into the history (ancient and through the ages) of any place that we visit. Dylan was able to handle the barrage of questions we fired at him, and gave us a thorough and enjoyable learning experience . We felt comfortable with his driving skills. He made sure that our hotel rooms/dinner reservations were correct…we felt completely comfortable with him. We loved walking/driving through the numerous towns and cities, beautiful sea scapes and countryside’s, castles, abbeys…all so beautiful…memories we will cherish

Amazing Two Weeks in Japan
We had several meetings with our planner Nihad to incorporate the cities we wanted to visit and the experiences we wanted to have. Nihad made suggestions on places to go as well because he has visited the region and has a ton of experience. The result was an amazing itinerary and we had the trip of a lifetime.
We had private tours, as well as free time, we learned samurai skills and geishas, experienced the eclectic neighborhoods of Tokyo, and relaxed at Ryokan with an onsen in the mountains. In every destination we awesome food and wonderful guides.

Good Overall
Hotels were good, especially in terms of location. However, there was a good deal of confusion upon check-in at some locations, with the reservation being under a different name in every hotel. In addition, there were several times when the previously arranged transports were either late or did not show up at all, leaving us to scramble a bit and jump into taxis at the last minute. We were able to manage, but it led to some confusion and a bit of stress. I do wish we had more time in some of the cities we visited, but that is to be expected with a jam-packed itinerary. Other than that, the trip was well planned and, overall, kept a good pace.

The local guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the Local Battle area. We visited the Battle of Belleau Wood, WWI battle ground and Cemetery. This was an Ancestry tour. We had a family member KIA with the Marines at this site. Had a special Sand Ceremony at the Cemetery where they put sand from Omaha Beach on the headstone to make it much easier to read the name. Incredible amount of information and fantastic experience.
Highly recommend Kensington Tours for putting this together.

Italian adventure with Mom
This was our second Kensington adventure. There were five of us on this trip. My 80 year old mom wanted to see Italy and mostly the Vatican. We visited 3 cities and Kensington made it extremely easy to just enjoy the vacation. All the transportation and itinerary was taken care of. We had plenty of free time as well. There was a nice balance of pre-set meals and meals that we discovered for ourselves. The hotels were fabulous.
What I like about Kensington is they give you ideas but then it’s easy to change and add things to craft the perfect vacation. For example we learned that the Pope would be in town so we rearranged a day that we could surprise Mom with this special surprise. It couldn’t have run smoother. Great trip!

Great trip, lots of memories, had a little glitch where we left a phone in a hotel, the helpline was used and phone returned!
The trip was everything we hoped for. Hotel locations were great. All the tours were great and drivers were always there on time, and that’s saying something considering the traffic they contend with.
