I first of all found the team very enthusiastic. But after a while I got the feeling they only was enthusiastic about talking to my 19 year old daughter. The window films were great. But I was just not impressed with the guys chats / banter with my daughter. Stuart especially worried me . But apart from that great team. But keep your daughters locked up lol
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Kent Window Films. Despite their claims of offering "great products" and "great service," my encounter was quite the opposite. The window films they installed were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations at all.
Additionally, their service was far from what they promise. I was treated with indifference and lack of professionalism. The most frustrating part was dealing with their director, Stuart Piper, who was incredibly rude and completely ignored all of my calls.
If you’re considering using Kent Window Films, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. They do not live up to their promises of outstanding application skills, expert advice, or amazing after-sales service.
