I usually dont leave revıews but keskıne deserves a 5 star. Honestly one of the best LED face masks.

So much more effective than my old LED mask, much stronger with various light therapies to help with dullness, acne, fine lines. Skin looks brighter and I love how its raised off the face (with comfortable eye pads) as it goes up to my hair line I’ve even noticed new hair coming through 👏🏻

I unfortunately had to return the eye mask as it was a gift for my aunt but her son bought her the same present
I contacted customer service and Jess was extremely helpful , advising me how to return the item and organising my refund

I’ve been using this LED face mask consistently for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. At first I was a bit sceptical, but sticking to a routine has definitely paid off.

My skin looks noticeably clearer and more even, and I’ve had fewer breakouts than usual. I’ve also seen an improvement in overall brightness my complexion just looks healthier and more refreshed. The red light setting in particular seems to have helped with calming my skin and giving it a bit more glow.

It’s really easy to use and fits comfortably, which makes it simple to stay consistent. I’ve been using it a few times a week as part of my evening routine, and it’s actually become something I look forward to like a little self-care moment.

It’s obviously not an overnight miracle, but with regular use, I’ve definitely seen a difference. If you’re patient and consistent, it’s 100% worth it.

amazing led mask which has reduced the acne on my face drastically.

This is my first experience of an at home IPL. I was honestly worried that the pain free claims might not be true but they absolutely are true. You cannot feel a thing. I’m so looking forward to seeing my results - I’ve been using it every other day at the minute and I can’t wait to have a summer without having to be worried about my armpits or bikini line!

Hair removal IPL does not work… I’ve been using it 3 times a week for 3 months and hair growth hasn’t even slowed down 😢 really disappointed

I have the hair removal device from Keskine, I think it’s great. It’s pain free as it has the cooling option and seeing really good results already. The device looks really aesthetically pleasing too and I love that you get protective eyewear

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the Keskine LED mask — because I honestly would never have bought it.

This is by far the most uncomfortable beauty device I’ve ever used. The fit is extremely awkward: when I secure it with the strap, the mask sits at a strange angle on my face, and if I try to adjust it so it stays in place, it presses heavily into my nose. After each use, I’m left with a visible mark across my nose that takes time to go away.

The whole experience feels more like a form of torture than a relaxing skincare treatment. It’s difficult to keep it positioned properly, light leaks in, and it’s impossible to feel comfortable while wearing it — which defeats the purpose of a product you’re meant to use regularly.

I wouldn’t recommend it based on comfort alone.

Really impressed how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. I am on my first month and already see promising results with LED facemask.

Amazing product

The product arrived quickly in beautiful, well designed packaging and everything felt thoughtfully put together. It also included extra eye pads, though I have not personally used them.

I have been using the mask for about two weeks now and my skin already looks much clearer and has got rid of most of the acne. I know full results take more time, but it is a promising start.

I would advise other buyers to be careful.

The LED mask I received had no manufacturer identification, no serial number, and no verifiable regulatory or registration details either on the device or in the documentation. I could not find any traceable product or device number online either.

Because of this, and because I considered it unsafe to use a device without any verifiable regulatory documentation, I decided to return the item.

Keskine states on their website that they offer a 30-day return policy.

I contacted Keskine several times requesting return instructions and a return label, but I did not receive a response. I am willing to return the LED mask, but without return instructions it is impossible.

!!! Using Google Lens, I was able to find the same LED mask design being sold on other websites under different brand names. This raised further concerns for me, as I could not identify the actual manufacturer or any verifiable product identification for the device I received.!!!

Very disappointing customer support and return process.

Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify a few important points.

I was unable to find any verifiable information about your manufacturing facilities, certifications, or independent testing in official sources. There is no clear documentation provided, which raises serious concerns for me as a customer.

Also, I contacted your support multiple times both via email and through your website immediately after receiving the product, and I did not receive any response at all. This is why I find your statement about “prioritising my case” confusing.

At this point, I am not confident in the transparency or reliability of the product or customer service.

Would not accept return when charging issue was faulty and they admitted others had the same problem. Told them it triggered stress, anxiety and panic attacks, they just continued to say their investigation found it to be fine and sending it back to me when I did not want it returned to my home as would cause a severe panic attack coming back into my home. No refund and returned when I said I did not want it returned due to my health condition, whether I got a refund or not. Disgusting and despicable behaviour for profit.

Their Customer service team went Above and beyond to help me with a product return, which fell outside their standard terms. I cannot recommend this company and its customer service highly enough. You will be in safe hands.

I bought the LED eye mask and LED face mask for my wife as a gift, and she absolutely loves them. She says they feel relaxing and her skin already looks brighter and smoother. Definitely a great purchase and worth it if you want to treat someone (or yourself).

Keskine’s customer service team was responsive, professional and genuinely helpful when I had questions about the product. It’s clear they value their customers and take the time to ensure satisfaction rather than just making a sale.
