TO CHINA AT VAST COST. I heard nothing from the company for weeks. I was eventually told that my package was being held by Dutch Customs. There was no way I could contact Netherlands Customs so asked Keto to do it. They had ALL the details of the package. They would not do it. Eventually the package was returned to me unopened. I told Keto and requested a full refund. By this time I had sent them 15+ emails. They suggested I pay the postage again and send off the parcel. I refused. I was refunded 50%. I am horrified that this is legal. All the advertising is total lies. How can these companies be allowed to operate?.. it’s a total rip off. Jennie
