Actually they don't even should get a star. This is a real scam. It has taken a long time to receive the products. They charge much more from your credit card than you give permission for, 189 euros instead of 19.95 euros. When you want to use the 100% money back guarantee they promote, it becomes very difficult. My return package has been in the return department for more than 1.5 months, but still no money back. Don't buy anything here, is pure scam!

This is the biggest scam ever. Bought a bottle for 26 dollars and they charged me 176 dollars!!! Received an email from DHL and as I was expecting, at DHL the tracking number doesn't appear! 15 mails back and forward and they keep lying! My money is gone but one thing I know for sure that the God I serve is in control, they stole from me but they won't enjoy it!!!! I called the 1800- number and they insist being professionals...but it is the biggest scam ever...

They took my money on my mastercard. To much !!!!! I never got the products so I send a complain to mastercard with all proves - mails I send them. When I asked for refund, they delided my mail without reading !!!!!!!! Waar is je 60 dagen tevredenheidspolicy Krystal B & Gerard A van support ketoplusdiet.com???? I want refund for 238,- €

I waited for a month, due to a misunderstanding with Dhl, but my orders finally arrived in Denmark yesterday!

I ordered 2+1 bottles for € 26,95 each and they stole USD 191,73 from me, they are scammers!! After lots of mails they gave me 25% discount (USD 32) as an excuse, however 25% of USD 191,73 isn`t USD 32. The last mail was that they regret the fact that I`m not satisfied about the situation, and they offered me a Fitness tracker, but the only thing I asked for was to get my money back!!
I can return the whole package, but it will cost me a lot of money.
Never ever buy something in this shop, I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I'm not done with it yet!

BEWARE - SCAM!
I ordered with credit card, then it said on their website that the credit card payment did not go thru but they took it from my card anyhow. I did not get a confirmation, so it looks like the money is gone and I am not receiving anything.

They've just like the other customers here below, charged me app 60$ whete the price should have been 19$!! Plus I have to pay 55$ to send it all back and they won't refund the shipping!!
Don't buy anything from them! They're slippery as f*** making sure to avoid your questions and help with a refund! +30 emails back and forth & still no refund!
