Its a scam. After multiple emails they agreed to issue a refund…never received. Reporting to office of fair trading, credit card and Pollice as fraud.

I too have been caught out by this Keto Burn site with a Manchester number for contact, the answer machine states ''the company has had to close due to weather'' if you believe that. Didn't think the weather in Manchester was that bad. I was going to try to cancel my order as I had a funny feeling about it and when I tried to get back to the site it went to a different site with a payment through a company called KLARMA which is completely bogus. As is the site I was on which offered a free trial then buy 3 get 3 free with 40% off and free shipping, I should have know better. Please be careful there are so many of these sites out there always check first which is what I should have done

Total scam, 4 weeks since I placed the order, excuse after excuse via email, informed them that I want my money back although I doubt if I will see it. As with others no free bottle once I checked the invoice and triple cost @ £160, I will be informing my bank.

Absolute con - they talk about giving you two bottles free when you buy two at £40 each and they just take £160

It amazes me there are no regulators for advertising on social media as there is on TV - Facebook is just a platform for con artists

Complete and utter rubbish I have actually gained weight. No free bottle even though its advertised. Told one price on the ad and when you submit the order its trebled and it gets taken from your card and not told the price trebled as soon as the order confirmation comes through with no way to cancel and get your money. They are not only scammers but thief's too. They need to be investigated by the fraud squad. Why are to Dragons putting their names to this???

Scammers! Take more than double cost stated - no confirmation page showing totals before agreeing transaction. An order id page appears showing completed transaction for £218.50 . I have emailed to cancel the order - no response. The payment is taken by healthnbeautysite. with a generic page and phoney contact info. BEWARE!

This is so wrong.....these scam companies should be shut down by trading standards. Also these adverts should not allowed to be posted on click bait and online publications. Thanks for the honest reviews, I always look on Trustpilot first.

Clearly these people are trying to make a fast buck! Not only is the product useless, but they seem able to take money from your bank card without a proper final review order page! Neat trick, they conned me out of £141! I have notified my bank and made sure they are aware of these people. I will also contact Resolver. I wouldn’t have done any of this had they issued a legal receipt. I have repeatedly tried to get a reply from their customer services and even requested an order cancelation and refund minutes after they took my money.

Naturally they ignored my emails. Indeed this bogus and overpriced rubbish product turned up a few days later, without any return paperwork or receipts. Who do you think you are kidding you bunch of cheap crooks!

Do not fall this?!? These are complete scammers!!! Taken nearly £200 from my account without authorisation. Called my bank to report them and notifying the police.

This so called company took £149 from my bank account without me placing an order with them. My bank has reversed the payment so thankfully I got my money back. Shortly after this I received 3 bottles of Ketoburn. I have emailed them saying I wish to return the items. I doubt if I will get a satisfactory reply.

This is a CON ,took my money with no..invoice or order Number,was expecting buy 2 get one free was charged full amount ,also was added to a subscription which I didn't agree to,Have been in touch with the FRAUD team and had my card cancelled,,so please beware this is such a terrible SCAM !!!!!

What a fool I have been.Should have looked here first.This company has scammed me out of more than £100.It has charged me for more product than I clicked on for ,plus it has charged for an add on I did not ask for
The site allows no review of your order before it takes your money and the company does not answer email cancelling the excess even though order not shipped.
This is thoroughly disreputable behaviour and I will be lodging a dispute with my credit card company

This is a scam avoid at all costs when you want to cancel or return they try bartering with you offering discounts if you keep pills i persisted and have returned everything via track and trace signed for now i have to wait 15 days if no refund the bank will take it up on my behalf as it was over £100 infact it was in excess of £200 they took off my card Please avoid this company like the plague and safe yourself alot of hassle

Wish I had read these reviews before I was scammed with x5 bottles, told I couldn't cancel order or return them but gave me a small discount - if the pills worked it wouldn't have been much of an issue but they don't - I would rather have burned the money than having handed it over to these kind of people - so angry with myself

Do not touch them a complete SCAM .
From there advertisement to the ordering. They say they are based in Manchester with a Manchester telephone number you call them and you can hardly understand them. They take your order and treble the price take it off your card instantly. Then you call them and you 20% then 40% ended up with 70% discount aand had to accept there offer ,, they say you have a return period yes if you are prepared to pay£5.99 a bottle postage. Just want to warn people a complete scam.

Wow, I received an email advising that if I ordered I would be sent 2 free bottles along with the bottle I ordered plus I’d also receive rush shipping free of charge!
So I placed my order and guess what NO free bottles or Free shipping was given!
Contacted the customer service team who basically told me they don’t offer free bottles or shipping (I have an email that says otherwise) and they would offer me a 20% discount instead!
I’m fuming - false advertising at its best!! Don’t touch this company with a barge pole and make sure you don’t believe anything they send out in an email 🤬🤬

Disappointing results - been using these tablets for one month at a cost of £69.99 and lost 2 lbs!! Same product , in exactly the same design bottle can be bought on Amazon at half the price. Would not recommend and will not be buying these again.

Advert says a free bottle when you order there is no free bottle you get 5 bottles charged at a discounted rate!
