The entire Kettering Health system has replaced competent physicians with a bunch of box checking morons. You are just a number they are churning through as fast as they can for the money. For the past year I've been bounced from one specialty to another like a hot potato. The doctors don't read your chart, (not even a quick glance) before they walk into the exam room. Even though you get online and enter pages of information you will be asked to fill out duplicate pages of papers when you arrive (because literally no-one has bothered to look at your chart!) None of the doctors "have a clue" what's wrong even though I've told them specifically what may be causing the problem because I've had issues from a specific medical condition since my 20's, but hey, what do I know? If you question the staff's lack of knowledge, care, or concern you will find your chart marked with the diagnosis "mental disorder". Kettering Health used to provide high quality medical care but they are complete rubbish these days.
