Had an excellent experience with Sam at Kettle Club. After missing out on one of the GMT Master II due to a sale I let them know I was searching to get one pretty quickly. They sprung into action and had one for me by mid day the next day in excellent condition at a great price. Thanks Sam!

Quick, helpful and efficient service
I needed to get the battery changed on my watch - which is not a simple task as it needs to be properly resealed to make sure it is waterproof. Not something an average jeweller can do. I took it to Kettle Club, and they sent it away and fixed it within a few days, complete with pressure test certification. Quick, helpful and efficient service, so full marks from me. Nice watches too!

They were professional, gave great advice and really looked after me. They made buying a watch ive wanted for such a long time such a smooth, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
