**Avoid Keukenstunter Amsterdam Westpoort at all costs – A complete scam!**

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Keukenstunter Amsterdam Westpoort operates with deceptive and unethical practices. They pretend to help you but, in reality, trap you into signing a contract and then reveal their true intentions. As a consumer, you expect clear communication and transparency, but they withhold crucial details until after you’ve signed.

Our salesperson,initially designed our kitchen and provided a quotation. However, once we signed and attended the next meeting, the details had changed. He deliberately prolonged the design process to the point of exhaustion. They pressure you into signing without fully disclosing the terms and conditions, which are vague and misleading.

One of their most dishonest tactics is demanding a €250 sign-up fee before anything is finalized. Once you sign, they suddenly require a 30% deposit before placing the order—something not made clear upfront. When we realized the kitchen was not what we wanted, they resorted to threats of legal action instead of resolving the issue professionally.

Another scam they use is their so-called "discounts." They claim to offer a 50% discount, but it’s just an inflated price with fake reductions. The "offer" is never-ending, but they pressure you into believing it expires next week. Don’t fall into that trap! They put an imaginary amount without any breakdown and then pretend it’s half price.

This is an appalling and unethical way to treat customers. I never expected such a scam in the Netherlands, but it seems many kitchen companies operate similarly. Keukenstunter twists words, lies, and uses intimidation tactics. If you value your peace of mind, avoid them at all costs!

My partner and I are very happy with our experience and the purchase of our kitchen at the Westpoort center. Our consultant, Murtaza Nourozi, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We spent almost the entire afternoon exploring options, and he provided valuable advice on various choices. Despite changing my mind multiple times, he was understanding and supportive of our situation. In the end, we got an excellent deal on our spacious kitchen, and I can’t wait to see the final result. Thank you to Murtaza and the entire team at the store for their friendly service and guidance!

Murtaza, who helped me from the initial until the final steps. Gave knowledge about the material, cost and delivery of kitchen and it's appliances. Abdel helped to curate the kitchen according to my taste and need and also flexibility to choose options later.

This is our second kitchen from Keukenstunter Leiderdorp. After good satisfaction from our previous house kitchen, we went again to Jeffery for the second kitchen to our new house. The way Jeffery designed and gave ideas for our kitchen was impressive. The price was also competitive. After sale service was excellent as we had few changes. In fact, we added the new LED spot lights in the top later which added the beauty to our kitchen.
We highly recommend Keukenstunter Leiderdorp and Jeffery. He is also very flexible to support our changes.

We had a wonderful experience with Erwin and Tim from Keukenstunter Mijdrecht.
They went above an beyond to accommodate our very specific circumstances surrounding the need for a new kitchen. Every appliance in our very old kitchen broke within one week, just 10 weeks before the birth of our son and the thought of not having a working kitchen and a newborn was terrifying!

Erwin’s expertise from years of kitchen design was so valuable in helping us with the design and layout.
The manufacture and delivery was much quicker than any other other business was able to offer us. And they were extremely helpful in explaining how to register appliances after installation and very quick with answering any concerns we had.
They also replaced some items that weren’t in perfect condition very quickly and without any fuss.

Professional service, everything was arranged on time. They gave nice suggestions while designing the kitchen.
They provided all the necessary details and information on time.

Our experience with Keukentstunter Mijdrecht was very positive. Their prices are excellent and their service is even better. We had a few minor things that we were concerned about after the kitchen was fitted, but they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We decided not to buy a stove from them but to our dismay, the one we did order was delayed for several months. Keukenstunter stepped in and offered us a countertop cooker until the one we did order was delivered. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I have a good impression on this store at the begining with clear communication. However, after the payment of the invoice, I feel less and less care on their service. I am so disappointed that half the cupboard and workbench were broken on the day of shipment and installation which took us 1-2 extra months with remaining stuff in the living room and halfly installed kitchen. There is no positive response when I request one solution for above!

We purchased everything from Keukenstunter and Sanistunter in Zaandam. The kitchen, bathroom, flooring and wall tiles for our house renovation was all purchased from one place which made the whole shopping experience less stressful. The selection of products in the showroom is very good and compared to other places the quality of the products appeared to be higher.

What we liked about Keukenstunter and Sanistunter was, there was no sales tactics or pressure to sign a contact or pay a deposit. We were given time to look around, consider our options, discuss alternatives and out of the two other showrooms we went to which had pushy sales people and wanting to lock us into a contract, we returned back to Keukenstunter and Sanistunter to purchase all of our products.

We were impressed by two individuals in particular, Richard who helped design the bathroom and WC, and Anno who designed the kitchen. Both of them were very helpful, diligent and highly knowledgeable especially with configurations and layouts as well as the other important specifications which as a consumer may not have considered.

Richard’s technical and building knowledge was invaluable and we can not thank him enough for going above and beyond by explaining the outcome of our chosen floor and recommending alternatives to overcome what could have been a potential flooring disaster. In addition, with the bathroom shower fixtures and fittings he suggested something we would have never of considered, this level of thought and detail is what every customer should have when purchasing products of such high value.

The products sold at Keukenstunter and Sanistunter are affordable, modern and there is a large selection to choose from. The delivery and installation was efficient and professional and we couldn’t be more happy with the service. The show room includes two small play areas to entertain children which is very helpful and in general all staff are friendly and welcoming.

One thing that could be improved is the automated emails. I realize they are system generated messages, but these email messages only reference the order number (which means nothing to customers) if multiple products are purchased it’s hard for customers to know which product the email is referring to.

Overall, we are very happy with the service and products from this company and highly recommend Keukenstunter and Sanistunter. We would like to give a special thanks Richard and Anno for our new kitchen, bathroom and floor which we can not wait to use.

We were very impressed with the service by Jeffrey Piroe at Keukenstunter Leiderdorp. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient - he and never got tired of our many questions. The whole experience of ordering the kitchen was easy and enjoyable. Also nice big showroom with coffee and chocolate was a bonus. Recommended.

For the past three months, in a search of the perfect kitchen, we were at many stores in Delft, Den Haag, Zoetermeer and Rotterdam. But only in Keukenstunter we found exactly what we needed. Jeffrey Peroe is a real master of the fine arts. His expertise is unique, providing excellent advises and recommendations about the brands, the materials, the colors, the lights, the orientation of the appliances and the furniture. Jeffrey was the only one, capable of doing a full schematic of the kitchen, on the computer, showing us the placement of all appliances and furniture. In the other stores nobody did that for us. My wife was really surprised with his attitude towards the clients and in the beginning I did not believe that until I saw it with my own eyes. Jeffrey is totally client oriented and he does his best to fulfill your interests. If you want to feel as a Real Client (with capital letters) and to be sure your kitchen will be not only beautiful but also functional - choose Jeffrey Peroe and Keukenstunter Leiderdorp.

They are professionals that respect your time by giving theirs to answer all and any questions you might have, patiently waiting through the numerous choices you have to make and not hesitant to go back to the drawing board when inevitably you decide your previous choice is not really what you want. In the end you *will* have the kitchen of your dreams.
