Horrible experience with Superkeukens Almere…

After countless exchanges via email with Superkeukens Almere, and several late responses (1-1.5 week) from them, We came to an agreeable decision that 50% extra cost should be split between both parties for extra materials. THEN the next email they demanded another cost for the mechanic to visit the second time. We totally declined it because this behavior and inconsistency in communication happens before, and we felt we've been played by their twisted game. We finally decided to take this matter to another partner who could handle it better. We just couldn’t deal with the stress this business caused us for more than a long period of time.
However, it’s clear that Superkeukens Almere is content to let us walk away with a half-baked solution, with no attempt to properly resolve the issues or take responsibility for their part in this disaster.
They also claimed to have offered a “50% discount” on a subsequent order as a gesture of goodwill, but this is laughable, considering they charged us for additional visits that were the direct result of their own communication failures.
We publish it here as a caution for anybody to aware of this terrible business. When it comes to resolving issues, This company is a true nightmare, and their "solutions" are just tactics to dodge responsibility.

Our experience with Superkeukens Almere was a disaster. We worked hard to save up for a kitchen upgrade and contracted them three months in advance. Their saleperson, assured us that everything would be installed by August. However, when the time came, the technician who arrived was not only rude but also refused to complete half the installation, claiming we were unprepared—something they never mentioned during the waiting period.
We tried to resolve the issue by visiting their office, but we were not welcomed. Despite demanding payment in advance, after they received our money, they left us on our own with no support. Communication was awful—our emails were ignored, and when we finally did get a response, we were met with lies and a refusal to address the problems they caused. Now, three months later, we’re still left with an unfinished kitchen.
We went for a professional service, but instead, we were left with a frustrating experience. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.
