Product ordered 9th January but not still received. Apparently the delivery company could not find my address! I have not heard back from company after enquiring about it. I have had items before with no issues and normally I love their products but I am truly disappointed this time with nothing resolved yet it has been paid for

Hello - I am done trying to reach them regarding my order that I still haven’t received for about a month. I still have not received my order and it’s been a frustrating experience trying to reach you. The courier service has been an even more frustrating experience as they seemed to have lost the parcel but don’t want to take accountability for that and been asking me to bounce back between you and them to get my product. The item was a Christmas gift and it has been such a disappointment ordering with you. You have totally ruined the experience for me.
Always use the Kevin Murphy Angel wash and rinse range then the Hydrate Me Masque which is leave on for a while after washing and conditioning my hair before rinsing off followed by the Young Again treatment oil on damp hair. I’ve recently had surgery on my head and wouldn’t use anything else as I know all the ingredients are natural and clean and they are the only products to tame my post menopausal dry and frizzy hair…love them ❤️

I like the product Motion lotion and some other products (I have thick curly hair) but I really dislike the containers. All of them are hard to use, feel hard and it’s impossible to get the products out completely. I really wish the design was 100 % different and more user friendly.

Although I do like the products, which I generally buy either direct from my hairdresser or from Selfridges, it is beyond frustrating that time and time again the aerosols are faulty (Fresh Hair and Doo Over). I’m writing this tonight as I’ve just reached for a brand new Doo Over only to find, yet again, the aerosol doesn’t work so I’ve wasted my money. Sadly, I’ll be switching to a different brand from now on.

Have been using Kevin Murphy for a long time as it suits my hair and I love the smell. Usually buy Do Over and so far have had 3 aerosols that haven’t worked and they have all been replaced. This time I went for leave in conditioner and again aerosol didn’t work. Did usual rinsing out of cap and vigorous shaking but again doesn’t spray. Customer Service was eventually helpful and refunded me. Why can’t they get it right? Such a shame.

Ordered mini shampoo and conditioner for next business day delivery. It’s now a week later and I am still waiting. Frustratingly Kevin Murphy seem to have no idea where the products are, whilst Yodel says they are still with the sender!
Save your money and energy and shop somewhere else!

I really like Kevin Murphy products but unfortunately their customer service is terrible. Their products are pricey and they refuse to give a refund or credit if you are unhappy with a product that you try. When you email them about a problem or a question about a product their answer is vague and really doesn’t answer your question or address the problem at all. You would think a company with good products would make an effort to have a decent customer service department. Evidently they just don’t care.
