Love Kevin Murphy products, my hair is so much healthier, I use the detox shampoo twice a week, Angel wash shampoo and conditioner any other time. I also have 2 of their styling products, brilliant.

BAD Kevin Murphy boar brush $50
Bristles feel & behave like nylon. Causes static and bristles fall out with one pass. A horrible brush. Purchased as a gift so that makes the experience worse.
I have made an order on the official website and I have not received it. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times but I still did not get any reply, more than 10 days passed by. I doubt that I will receive my order or get a refund, extremely disappointed…
I would give it less than 1 star. Product was terrible for my hair. I HATE it! Tried to return products and was told that I could only return UNOPENED products. I'm not sure how you could possibly know if this was a great product for your hair if you didn't try it. Would not recommend!
I really wish I had read this before buying anything. I purchased the Blonde Angel wash shampoo and treatment, but they’ve left my hair feeling greasy and in poor condition. Despite the hefty price, they’re refusing to give me a refund.
I have been a loyal km client for years. I recently reordered my plump wash shampoo and conditioner and have been so disappointed. The conditioner has completely changed, has a disinfectant smell and the consistency is thin and different. What has made me panic is my hair has been falling out and left greasy and needing washing every day which isn’t normal. I placed an order for several products on November 9th, and today is November 20th, but the order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer support, but their response was slow. Eventually, they said there would be express delivery the next day, but nothing arrived. Terrible service and attitude towards customers.
Emailed two different emails regarding a product which was continuously out of stock. To this day I had no reply. I contacted a different supplier at a later stage who happened to browse and see it was back in stock with Kevin Murphy Store so I went and ordered. Unfortunately the product had changed and it's not the same - it was a brilliant product, now only a 'will have to do' product. For that money I'm going to look elsewhere, however it does have it's pluses - it doesn't get sticky or flake.
The lovely scent it used to have is also gone. I need to use more too than I used to.
I ordered liter bottles of shampoo and conditioner and they arrived without pumps. CS reply time is 3+ days and I’ve had to open 2 separate tickets because I still don’t have my pumps and over 2 weeks later, CS is nowhere to be found. If you’re going to retail at luxury prices, your back end support function should also be operating at a luxury brand level. Get your operations together.
Ordered on Sunday- paid extra for delivery in 2 days - now nearly 5pm on day 2 and product seems still to be dispatched- THIS is NOT OKAY!!!
I see here a lot of bad reviews with customer service...ordered few times but had no issues so cannot discuss about it.
But the products are just a treasure! Tried few different shampoos and conditioners and my hair never been as good condition as I have now. The best products so far. I'm so happy to find this company couldn't be happier.
Customer service could not care less. They are completely fine with their delivery drivers just leaving parcels outside post boxes etc. and state "it is completely out of their control" when it is raised as an issue. They sent me a yodel image which was marked as delivered and it was clear it was not in a safe place but outside of the block of flats and on a post box. Yet KM customer service states it has been delivered well. I almost had a parcel lost if I had not been able to get a friend to go and collect it as it was just left outside by the driver and KM customer service reps think its acceptable for customers to have to go out of their way to obtain a parcel when it has been wrongly delivered. I had admitted I made a mistake in putting the address in wrong, however had the delivery driver actually attempted to deliver parcel properly then it would have been refused and sent back to Kevin murphy. Then once back at Kevin Murphy they could have helped me solve this issue. Instead they suggest it is all up to me when clearly it should not be an acceptable way to deliver a parcel!!

Horrible customer service! Signed up for 2 complimentary minis-then place $163 order to receive 3 minis with and the company literally took all my items out of the basket after accepting both codes and lied about it! When contacting representative the FB messenger said to contact customer service and they would fix it-however they were scammers and gave me the run around and never sent! Product isn’t all sealed and is not that great anyways since I have had to go to such great lengths to fight for what I earned! No thx!
These brand it’s miracle! Helped my hair so much . Now I have long , healthy hair! My hairs was damaged and really short . I use these brand products already 3-4 years and never disappointed. Also one bottle shampoo 500ml last me almost for year . The best hair care brand which I know. Really happy to be with finally healthy and shining, long hair! Yes it’s sometimes difficult to get these products because they quickly going out of stock but it’s worth to buy and wait in stock . Now I never have a bad hair day. And I didn’t think that my hair are straight I always thought they are curly but looks like it was just damaged . I even didn’t use any hair straighteners because I don’t need them because my hair so straight, shinning .
Never has anything in stock on the website, very misleading as they are showing as available but when you check out it says inventory level isnt there. Absolutely love the products but switching back to redken.

I placed an order with UK 24h delivery and the item never arrived with their currier (Yodel). On the tracking it’s shown as delivered through letterbox/porch, but I have never received the item. When I contacted the customer support, agent (Lauren) asked to go around and ask my neighbours. When I explained that my item wasn’t with neither of my neighbours, she said “Unfortunately, we can’t help you, because the order is marked as delivered. If it wasn’t delivered it should come back to us and we will be able to help”… This is the most customer unfriendly and disgusting service I have ever experienced. I’ve lost my 60£, because they refused to refund me, neither to resend new items. Don’t order from their website, if your order will be lost or stolen from you, they won’t even try to help you..
