Got scammed or im just too impatient
Bought wizard with a gun, the money sure was taken from my account and I didn't get the product

Thank you for the review. We checked both of your orders and it seems that they were automatically refunded because at the moment of purchase they just turned out of stock with our supplier.
During order processing we wait for some time (which is shown as loading to you) and request the key to be sent from the supplier which sometimes does not happen eventually. In such situations we issue immediate refund so you have your money back as soon as possible.
We understand it is not optimal and should not happen in the first place for which we sincerely apologize.
Our team is doing our best to prevent such situations from happening but unfortunately in this business it is inevitable to eliminate it in 100% of cases.
