I've ordered a Keychron Q1 HE keyboard. In the first month it worked perfectly, in the second month I started having problems with F buttons and normal letters. Since then, they sent me a new PCB which had the same problem. The refund shipping cost too much, so I can't even get my money back. And when I first told them that I want a refund, they told me that I can't, and they can ONLY send me new parts for it.

Keychron C1 lasted a year then became unusable
I wish I had read the reviews in this site instead of the Wirecutter recommendation. Bought a Keychron C1 and it lasted little more than a year before starting have repeated key problems that essentially made it unusable. I tried everything customer service recommended, going as far as doing a full hardware reset and firmware upgrade. Nothing has helped. Stay away.
Warranty claim left unanswered
Bought a mouse directly from keychron.de, ended up having a faulty scrollwheel click switch. It's been 3 days since I messaged them and heard nothing, through multiple channels, even tried sitting in their chat today for 15 minutes, and checking for response periodically after, but nothing...
Luckily I have a little more recourse as I bought it through Klarna so I filed a dispute through them, let's see if they'll ever end up getting their money...

Shocking customer support 0/10 + poor design choices leading to product failure. Had an issues inside the warranty but didnt them till a few weeks outside. They didnt want to try and help
PLEASE PLEASE Avoid This Company
PLEASE PLEASE Avoid This Company. I can only echo what others have said. Almost laughably this keyboard also echoes and has from day one. Hit a key once and it'll repeatttttttttttt. Bluetooth is utterly unreliable and drops haphazardly. The latest rigmarole is the charge light flashing rapidly from green to red and now my battery has failed so I'm permanently tethered with a mercilessly short cable. Key Chronic more like. Blue toothless. GARBAGE. I bought this from The Keyboard Company (UK based). I sent it back soon after purchase. They simply returned it to me as they couldn't reproduce the 'symptoms' at their end. Just a heads up if you buy from them. It matters not to a consumer whether The Keyboard Company can reproduce 'symptoms' or not. The product simply isn't fit for purpose and well Keychron and The Keyboard Company know it. AVOID.
Awful keyboard
Awful keyboard. I have never had a keyboard with such poor bluetooth.
It simply doesnt work wireless. It lags, delays, stops working, spams a key it got stuck on. No one can work with such a keyboard.
I have tried many attempts to fix the issue, support is incredibly slow.

Awful customer service
The keyboard itself was good to use for a while. After a while the USBC became loose and I messaged support. They effectively came back with one line to say warranty was over and that was all. Awful service with no assistance on what next steps could be. I also had to wait a week to find that out.
Amazing service.
My keyboard had a defective key. After about a day, they sent me a brand new keyboard and were extremely caring and understanding. I will buy more in the future.
Scammers
This company is a scam. I purchased a keyboard and promptly arranged a return. After they received the keyboard, they stopped responding to my messages and still haven’t issued a refund. They are incredibly difficult to deal with, disregard most consumer laws, and you’re likely to lose your money. Avoid them at all costs.
Laggy and terrible bluetooth
Bought the K2 Keyboard. Great over cable mode but terrible bluetooth with major lag. Would not recommend to anyone. Seems to be a common problem when I did some more research.

12 Days & Still in Hong Kong! Awful
Ordered a mouse and pad 12 days ago. Shipped to various places in Hong Kong and still in Hong Kong. From the UK by the way. I have no idea what the product is like and at this rate I might be able to tell you in the year 2027. Sadly, I do not recommend at all. In fact i advise you to steer clear altogether. It's not worth the hassle.

I had a good experience
I have heard a lot of bad about Keychron support, and I for a really long time tried to find a local reseller of a keyboard I wanted without success. So during a sale I made an order directly from Keycrhon.
The product was great, except for two of the keys that were a bit scratched up. I contacted Keychron and sent a photo, and no questions asked, they shipped replacement keys within a few days.
Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was good, and I love the product.
Great Products and Support!
I've been using a Keychron keyboard and mouse for a while now, and they've been fantastic. The build quality is great, and everything works flawlessly. I did have a small issue with a cable, but their customer support was really helpful and sent a replacement quickly. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted, but they were on top of it and made sure everything was right. Overall, I'm really happy with the products and the service. Highly recommend Keychron!
I downright hate my K4
I downright hate my K4. There's something about how they positioned the keys that make miskeys VERY common. Never been an issue for me in the past. I had to remove the Num Lock key completely because it would keep getting pressed by accident and changing how the number pad works. Customer service doesn't exist, it's community supported (at best). I'll never waste my money like this again. Redditors are dumbasses.

Mouse stopped working via receiver 2…
Mouse stopped working via receiver 2 months after I got it. Reached out to support who said I had to contact the seller, but they said I had to reach back to the manufacturer.
Keychron refused to provide trouble shooting support until I demanded it. Then asked me to perform a test that can only be done on Windows PCs and not Macs. When asked when it will become possible to perform the test on Macs, they just said "That's how it is for now" and gave no date.
Horrible support and I'm left with a mouse that doesn't function properly.
Incredible company - both product and support
I have no idea what's going on with all these negative reviews. I have had the most incredible experience with both the Keychron product, and support. I'm in Australia and have purchased the Q10 pro. It is the most beautiful keyboard I've ever seen. Incredible design and workmanship in it.
The support has also been outstanding, where I've made a 2nd purchase and made a mistake on the order. I got a response within an hour with a very generous change to my order.
If you're considering a Keychron product, don't hesitate. I sat on my decision for a long time and I'm so glad I went ahead with it. They are an incredible company.

Keyboard is okay, but they never have the keycaps available, always sold it, bro do you just produce 2 pieces for the German Market ???!!! i using this keyboard since 2 years and never were able to buy the correct keycaps for 2 f years, i will never buy this brand again.
