Worst purchase in my life, unironically

I have never purchased a product that caused me as much frustration as their keyboard. I own more electronic devices than I can count and this is the single worst piece of garbage I own, I don't even have the heart to resell it to someone else. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

it is worst buy

I have the Keychron keyboard - A few things I want to highlight 1- return is not available (you cannot return the product once you paid for it ) 2 - its software(Bluetooth) is worse - it won't work properly 3- the battery in the starting you get 1 week but later on 3 to 4 hr only(i have been using it for 6 months)

Wouldnt bother its not worth the money.

Keyboard command key snapped off within five weeks of use..... shocking build quality.

Customer service directed me to amazon who they say they only have a 30 day return policy.... I work on excel its not exactly aggressive typing....

With a small delay but everything went ok

I ordered a keyboard and accessories directly from Keychron with a promised 12-day delivery on their page. In reality, the accessories, shipped from China, arrived in about two weeks. However, the keyboard, dispatched from Germany, was sent only after I received the accessories, making the full delivery take approximately three weeks. It's unclear why they didn't send the keyboard earlier since it was in stock, but overall, I received responses to my shipping inquiries, along with tracking information.
Also it was not neccessary to pay any additional taxes or import fees. All products arrived in good condition, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the excellent quality of the Q6 Pro.

Totally scammed!!! I ordered 1x mechanical mouse and mouse from Keychron... I never heard from them ever... SCAMMED like never before ...lessons learned but in hard way!

My keyboard caught fire while in use and Keychron couldn't care less. After several emails back and fourth they simply said "Contact the retailer for a replacement" Abysmal service and a potentially dangerous product, avoid.

I WAS SCAMMED

SCAM

I bought a Q1 for 199$ + 30$ shipment, it never arrived, the support of Keychrone redirected me constantly to the shipping company they have choosen and they never responded to me, the shipping company has not existing phone number and than I discovered that it is a scam company.

I've never used a worse keyboard

I've never used a worse keyboard in my life, constant connection problems, bluetooth is so problematic that I'm just angry. On the laptop the bluetooth constantly falls off, on the desktop computer it’s the same thing, and the mouse from another famous manufacturer works perfectly and this keyboard is just a piece of useless plastic with metal

Bought Q2 pro

Bought Q2 pro, it arrived dead. I tested multiple cords on three computers and it is just dead, both wireless and corded. There is also a scratch on the front fascia, and the USB port is very wobbly.

I bought directly through keychron.com.au per my bank statement and my own ability to recognise what website I am buying from, contacted customer support within approx 2 hours of delivery with multiple videos and photos.

After multiple correspondence I'm still getting you didn't buy through us, go and contact someone else.

It feels like I have been scammed, and likely will need to lodge complaint with ACCC and do a charge back with my bank.

Keyboard feels solid though!

Good product and customer service experience

Bought a Q6 keyboard and was shipped pretty quick. Shipment did take a while but that wasn't an issue for me.

Also I broke the USB C port on accident and reached out to the customer service. They answered swiftly and sent me a new daughter board immediately. Just received it and replaced the old one. Keyboard works like a charm.

Very happy with the product and with the service.

The customer support is slow and…

The customer support is slow and unhelpful. I ordered mine a year ago and the usb c connector broke. They are refusing to replace, repair or refund the keyboard. I wouldn’t bother buying here from the UK again.

BUYER BEWARE! Non-Existent customer service.

Ordered full Keychron keyboard. Arrived from China and it was defective. Keys didn't work. No additional key switches sent with keyboard. After 6 weeks of multiple contacts, no replacement key switches sent.

Now Keychron says that I can send keyboard back at my expense -- but they will not refund the cost to return which will be around $80 via UPS or USPS. I paid $134 for the keyboard.

After over half a dozen contacts, I'm convinced the company has it built into their business model that a certain number of keyboards will be defective, and they'll wear down any customer who asks for a refund or asks for keyboard to be fixed.

DO NOT BUY FROM KEYCHRON.

No quality control, awful customer service.

I purchased a K4 and a full keycap set. The K4 came with completely different keycap colours from the ones shown on the web. The keycap set came with no "Q" and 2 "W"s. Furthermore, some of the keycap prints were misaligned. The customer service didn't answer for more than a week and then they didn't provide a proper solution. I truly regret having bought from them, I believe it is a low quality scam with rather good marketing.

Okay keyboard though has a lot of problems and customer service

I bought a keyboard from them after researching the company and watching some of the reviews. The keyboard seems like a good value for what you pay compared to a fully customised mechanical keyboard. However there were a lot of problems with the software for customisations and I would get a problem with a key being sticky and repeat the button press. I’m not sure if it was a problem with the firmware or hardware. I thought that’s fine I’ll just contact customer service and let them deal with it as it has a 1 year warranty.

Contacted customer service and they essentially wanted me to pay for a replacement PCB for the keyboard instead of dealing with a RMA and fixing it. This was after back and forth with them for almost 3 months in emails. Never had a company say they won’t honour a warranty like this before.

I have been used to other companies like Logitech honouring a warranty and acting in a much faster and customer friendly manner when there are hardware problems so I wouldn’t recommend Keychron.

Won't replace defective PCB

I have ordered several keyboards from KeyChron. From china to the East Coast United States if ordered on the weekend about 4 business days. I'm 50 miles from my nearest DHL location. DHL tenders KeyChron shipments to USPS for delivery. Typical order will get in and tendered to USPS on a Wednesday and on Thursday keyboard is delivered. Not bad shipping is like $20 bucks. However that isn't the issue I've had like many customers its the customer service. One of the K10 mechanical keyboards that I purchased had the I key not functioning (no led backlighting and I keep when pressed wouldn't work tried multiple different switches). KeyChron made me send video and proof that I have updated firmware to latest version. After submitting that proof. They claim they were a small company and offered me $15 off my next order. I explain to them no I wanted a fully functioning keyboard. They said okay two weeks and we will ship you out a new PCB board per our warranty. Okay that was agreed upon on June 19th, 2023 it's now almost the middle of August 2023 no PCB and emails to KeyChron about the K10 still not functioning go unanswered to. None the least very disappointed in customer service. Product is decent but customer service definitely needs to improve.
