The small details make big differences, and for a beginner like me, it's fantastic to be able to enter on KeyGem, research for products, and be able to immediately have an idea of what each one is, how it is, where to apply ... all suggestions , all descriptions ... priceless!

The best service ive had in a while! Its been really hard to find an EU located store (with resonable shipping costs) to get my stabs from, this was absolutly the best shop price whise and contact whise!!

I absolutely love this store. It's so difficult to find a custom mechanical keyboard store that's EU based while not being UK based. They have great products, fast shipping and protect their packages well.

I have nothing but great experiences with this store, highly recommended.

Ordered parts for tofu65, some lube and tools so quite a big order. Everything went absolutely perfect and everything was packed nicely in a cardboard box with all the separate items in their own little ziplock pouches. And even though it had a lot of different items all of them were correct and everything arrived.

They also sent an email regarding if there are any problems they can be reached out no problem. Very positive experience and it seems they really invest in customer experience.

Bought a Tofu case, durock stabs and switch films, everything arrived at Mallorca (Spain) after a few days, in perfect condition. Its nice to have more options in Europe, will repeat with keygem.

Product came within reasonable time, neatly packed in both a box and bubble wrap. Store is great - fair pricing and great offerings for products that are sort of niche in the EU. The above coupled with the nice layout of the site, and the great customer support makes this shop top tier for me.

I came across this website via A forum post on The Dutch Tweakers.net. This is hands down now my favorite shop to get custom keyboard parts within the EU.

Fast delivery too, only two days waiting times sometimes.
