The license was not valid, and the key sent with or near the same time is also not recognized as valid. I cannot even use my $3K laptop to edit word documents on my C or D: drives, but I own these, and windows does not work on it either to edit.

This dear customer bought a Windows 11 Pro upgrade from us , and he successfully upgraded to windows 11 Pro, but for some unknown reasons , after he upgraded to Windows 11 Pro he lost some programs especially Microsoft 365, then He was not able to edit word documents, so he thought our windows 11 pro upgrade removed his Microsoft 365, even we were trying to help him all the time and provided the Microsoft 365 download link www.office.com/setup, and asked him to download and reinstall, but he still blamed us , and didn't write the fact our product is valid and helped him successfully upgrade to Windows 11 Pro
