My key was relocated without my consent…
My key was relocated without my consent to another location with completely different opening hours and way further from my property for a few weeks as the original chosen point ws going under construction work. It negatively impacted my airbnb business in Nice and no accountability whatsoever held from Keynest. They refuse to compensate/ partially refund.Their customer service is severly incompetent! I will be filing a formal complaint with DGCCRF.

Being harassed by unreasonable customer services
Still being harassed by unreasonable customer service agents (see previous review). Despite explaining that they are not providing me a service, they are insisting I travel 8 hours at my own cost to attempt to resolve this (which I have done once already but the code failed - again). They are just obsessed with wanting to charge me and keep this sorry episode going and going when they could stop it immediately by accepting what I am telling them. They are aggressive and told deaf - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with KeyNest as a first-time user.
The apartment keys were dropped off earlier in the day at a KeyNest point (Jasmine News), and I received a collection code by email. However, when I arrived at around 11:30 p.m. after a long international flight, the code did not work and the keys could not be located.
I remained at the KeyNest point for nearly three hours, until close to 3:00 a.m., while the issue was investigated. KeyNest later confirmed that the problem was caused by an internal error at the drop-off stage (a code entered incorrectly by staff). Despite this, no solution was provided on the night, and I was left without access to accommodation.
As a direct result, I had to pay for a hotel, transportation, and food. KeyNest has since refused to reimburse these costs, citing their terms and conditions, even though the failure was acknowledged as operational.
While they have stated they retrained staff, the lack of accountability and support when things go wrong is concerning. I would strongly caution others, especially those arriving late at night, to consider the risks of relying on this service.

Made a small error by duplicating a key drop off and was refunded for the second key as soon as Sarah was made aware, very honourable!

Extremely shoddy customer service
Extremely shoddy customer service. There was an issue with my fob, which meant that my keys were not registered as being at the key point. My guests couldn't pick up their keys, leaving me to travel far to let them in in the middle of my work day. I was on the phone for over an hour with two separate employees who nearly left me with no resolution but to lose my keys at the newsagents. Luckily, it was resolved through me pushing, however I was told I would not receive a refund as it was my fault for not knowing there was an issue with my fob. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I've moved to a competitor who is far more reliable and willing to keep their clients happy after such an inconvenience. These services are meant to make your life easier, not harder. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

BIGGEST SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You move places and no longer need this service but you just cannot unsubscribe and they keep and keep and keep billing you. It's horrendous. There is no exit.
