Excellent Service. My Key Safe was ordered Monday and…
My Key Safe was ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday then was fitted the following Monday. Excellent service all round. Neil the fitter was very competent and friendly. I felt I could trust him to do a good job. Being disabled I can feel vulnerable but Neil soon put me at ease, telephoning before he arrived. I thoroughly recommend this company.

V friendly locksmith who quoted me over 400 dollars for a 20 second door entry and dropped price by almost half when I pointed out that it was an extortionate price - Robin Hood had the decency to wear a mask!!!

Keysafe just took all the worry out of purchasing a keysafe ,the website was easy to navigate and very informative too. It was really helpful to be able to arrange for someone to come out and fit it. Quick delivery, efficient and professional installation. Only negative is size of compartment inside. Can’t fit more than a couple of keys without any keychain. Probably not an issue for most.

Totally get what you mean about the inner compartment. A little tip from us: popping the keys straight onto the hook (without keyrings) usually frees up a surprising amount of space, so you might find you can squeeze a few more in than you thought 🔑😉 That little door inside the P500 will keep your keys in place.

I purchased an Arc Tamo key safe from the Key Safe Company last year and am very happy with it. Unfortunately the light on the keypad stopped working but the Key Safe company provided a free replacement with no hassle and very quickly . This is customer service as it should be. A nice-looking but fiddly product
Like - the safe is strong and attractive
Dislike -
1) being round and heavy, it is difficult to handle when learning how it works.
2) it appears to include a motion sensor which aborts the unlocking process, which makes it very hard to familiarise yourself with it when it is not fixed to a wall.
3) the key button is small and not easy to see unless the LED is on, and the LED (and its colour) are not visible when the button is being pressed. This button needs to be bigger and the coloured LED separate.
This makes it very difficult to write foolproof instructions for the use of the safe in several languages, for example for use on a holiday home. Users will have to open it late at night in the rain, they will not find it easy to get the sequence right.
4) it seemed to be easy to make an error which set the safe into a state from which it was not obvious how to return to a clear state.
Due to the complexity, we have decided not to use this product in this situation.

Electronic units do come with a bit more of a learning curve than mechanical safes, and we’re sorry the setup felt fiddlier than expected. Just to reassure you, there’s no motion sensor built into the product, so that “abort” behaviour you were seeing is likely something else — which is why Claire has been trying to get to the bottom of it with you. She’s been in touch a few times already, and one thing she suggested (just in case!) is giving the second eSafe a try too, as both eventually arrived after the delivery mix-up. That should help confirm whether it’s a one-off glitch or something trickier.
We completely understand your concern about making the instructions simple enough for guests arriving late, tired, and possibly in the rain — wrestling with a lock box shouldn’t be part of anyone’s holiday story! If the product isn’t the right match for your particular setup, we respect that decision and appreciate you giving it a fair go.

Outstanding customer service. We had a problem with one of our key safe’s online and tele support was 100%. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t resolve able but they replaced the unit free of charge with no quibble at all. Replacement device arrived 48 hrs later. terrific!

Bought a Supra C500 key safe from this company. Fairly expensive but when it arrived the next day, I understood why.
Main things to remember when installing: make sure the key safe is fitted on a flat surface, and that the screw holes aren't drilled into mortar. Other than that straightforward, but do read the instructions carefully in order to preserve the warranty conditions. Ensure before you start that you have a T30 Torx screwdriver and a 5mm masonry drill bit.
A very solid piece of kit which inspires confidence that my spare key will be secure, and free delivery of my order makes using The Key Safe Company again a no brainer.
