Like a previous reviewer, I found the quality of shots that came from their 6 and 10 stop screw on filters poor, when compared to a more costly brand.
i also have the square filter system when you attach the holder to the correct adapter the holder just keeps spinning round, so use less. I only contacted them to say about the products as I had had the filter some time and it was not useable and the others produced poor shots, so all I wanted was for them to remove all of my information from their system but the hassle I had to go through for that. They say now they have done what I requeted but somehow i dont think they will have done i just dont trust them.
as the saying goes "Buy cheap buy trouble"
Oh yes forgot to say sliding the variable filter in and out of the holder virtually impossible.
Anyone reading this will see they have replied and now say "If I am open to it" to contact them, all this since my review. They had a chance and all I got from them was excuses and one mail a day so it dragged on. first the wanted order numbers, then video proof, then I was told the team that did what I wanted was on holiday!! one mail the wording said "If indeed the products are ours" seemingly totally not believing what I had told them. So Now I wont be taking up their offer, they did nothing when they had the chance, so as stated I will noyt ever buy from them again.

My favorite tripod from K&F Concept…
My favorite tripod from K&F Concept broke unexpectedly. So I messaged them and sent them some pictures of where it fell apart. The unit was a solid unit and I was extremely satisfied with it...until it broke unexpectedly. After I sent them the pictures, they offered to send me a replacement which I was more than happy to receive. I am still in love with this product and use it as my primary tool for the work that I do.

I ordered several tripods. They were delivered quickly and are of excellent, solid quality. Unfortunately, the zip on one of the carrying bags did not work properly. I sent a photo and a replacement bag was delivered within a few days.

After reading lots of reviews on line about the K&F brand selfie tripods , decided to purchase one. Well, only 3 days into our Asia trip, the hinge that holds the phone mount came loose and broke. Consequently I couldn't use it for the remainder of our trip. When I came home, I reached out to K&F customer service. Explained the situation and they quickly corrected it and offered me a replacement. Their customer service rep was excellent to deal with. I received a new selfie tripod within 2 days. I will definitely support this brand on future purchases. Great people!

K&F Concept products kept making my shortlist for products so finally before a 2 month active holiday I bought one of their Camera-laptop backpacks as well as a ball-head for use on a monopod or tripod.
Unfortunately the 3/8-1/4 adapter screw sheared and I was unable to use the ball-head just into my holiday. When I contacted customer service upon my return for a replacement thinking I would have to pay as it was past the 1 month returns period on Amazon, I was so pleasantly surprised to get immediate responses followed by confirmation of a free replacement after I'd validated the purchase and damage. And received a full product within a week of my first contact!
