Købstædernes ForsikringKøbstædernes Forsikring , I can't see how you have any customers the way you treat people. I reopened a case with you a couple of months back, Was told a couple of months back it won't take long to sort it all out. Then a month went by so I called was told we are looking at your paper work on my decsk you are next in line. Then a week after you wrote to me that you could not find all the papers you needed they had been archived. So I then when back into the papers I had at home found all my old case files scanned them in for you and sent them the same day. After another month I still had no news so I got my union involved so they wrote to you asked what you needed you send the same papers I had all ready sent you. So once again I sent to you all in the same day. Then you next asked me if you could contact Top Denmark as it was about the same case and they would have also the same papers. Just to let you know Top DK had the same papers as I sent you twice and Top DK did not need them a second time and they had sorted my case out the following week ,yes it took them a week and they where done.
So back to you at Købstædernes Forsikring around 3 weeks ago maybe more you asked me to sing a letter letting you to get in contact with my work place my Doctors and my kommune worker I got this and got it singed and send back you in under 24 hours. And yes yet again I have still not got this case finished with. It's in black and white you have all you need but no you just want to drag this on.
Me living in constant pain and feeling at a very low point in my life with this pain and all the meds I have to take each day just to manage life,You think it is ok to treat people this was let me tell you it's not. It hurts peoples lives we and I am sure many others have so much stuff and things to deal with in our live you can never begin to imagine what we are going through. I get up each day take between 4/6 tablets for pain I then go to my flex job do what I can lunch time 3/4 more Painkillers 4pm Time to get home have dinner take another 2/3 Tablets try and have some family time but because I am in pain and have mood swings from the meds I have taken all day it can be a good evening or a bad one with felling very low worth in my life. Then it's bed time you got and meds time 4/5 tablets + a sleeping tablet and hope to get a good sleep but will I not very often.
A the moment my Flexjob is 15hours a week I can't always work this as I have not sleeped the night before. So have to take extra med again luckey I have a great working place and they understand that is why I have a flex job .. But wait I now feel worse as I am letting them down they need to call a virkar in to cover my hours.This is just a very very little bit of my day. you as a company have a lot more to consider we are human and you deal with our lives but don't know or maybe don't care how we are treated after all you look at some files and just pass from one person to another and well lets see if we can make it if not it can wait or hey am I maybe wrong and maybe someone at you office does care but I just want you to think we are humans please treat us so.

As an English speaker, I am always a bit dissapointed when I am calling an organization or institution and the person on the other end does not like the fact that I am not talking English.
You usually get forwarded super fast, just so that they don't have to deal with you. You will get forwarded to a person that has nothing to do with the situation and will forward you to the next person. I hope they can improve that that part of their customer service.
Happens with me A LOT with SKAT for instance.
