I have used Kfriday multiple times as a group order manager. I have used their order for me service and proxy service. Both services were so easy to use and understand and help make my group orders a smoother experience for both me and joiners! I have used them now for mutiple comebacks and couldn’t recommend them enough. Any issues you can always ask them and they get back as quick as they can. I think they are a nice kaddy, and the staff are always really nice and polite and answer every question I have. They package items really well as well.

I truly enjoy and appreciate Kfriday’s fansign proxy service! it’s an easy way for myself to get POBs and when we do get in, all of the proxies that i have worked with have all been very sweet and easy to work with!

I have had the greatest luck of having 10 successful wins, and each time, every team member i’ve come across has been very communicative from letting me know the fansign results as well as the moments leading up to the fansign (sending in questions or clarifying questions i may have) and the duration of the fansign as well! they all do their best to also get some good quality pictures and videos of your specific bias during the fansign ;) highly recommend using their proxy fansign service if you’re an overseas fan like myself that cannot attend fansigns yourself but still want POBs and the chance of getting a signed album to your name :D

I honestly don't know where to start because I have only had great experiences with Kfriday.

The communication is amazing. Whenever I have a question or need help, the team replies as quickly as they can from Monday to Friday. If there is ever a problem, they always do their best to find a solution.

I have used several of their services, and every single one has been easy to use:

➡️Order For Me (OFM): You simply send them the product link, and they order it for you. If it's from a pop-up store that is only available in Korea, the team even goes there and tries their best to get the items you want.
➡️My Incoming Goods:You order the items yourself and have them shipped to the Kfriday warehouse.
➡️Only Inclusions:If you only want the photocards, POBs, or other inclusions from an album, they can remove them, so you don't have to receive the full albums.
➡️Packing:Once all of your items arrive, they carefully pack everything into one parcel.
➡️Repacking:If your parcel is already packed but you forgot to add something or want to remove an item, they can still change it before shipping.

These are all the services I have personally used, and everything has always been simple and well organized. I also really like that all of their services are clearly explained on the Kfriday website.

Another thing I love is the 45 days of free storage. It gives you plenty of time to collect your items before shipping, and you don't have to pay any storage fees during that time.

I have been using Kfriday for about a year now, and I have never had any problems. Thanks to their amazing service, I have been able to buy so many items from Korea that would have been difficult for me to get otherwise.

Customer service was used multiple times and any issues were quickly resolved or explained. I paid for the cheapest shipping and my package got here within a week!! Honestly such a good experience. I recommend buying a lot / storing and then shipping out a lot at once that way the shipping price is more reasonable.

Kfriday is very reliable for that reason i have been a customer for years already. I know my kpop items are always safe with them. Recently i also used the fansign proxy for the first time, which was an amazing experience. All in all i can 100% recommend this service!

I’ve been using Kfriday since 2022 as a group order manager and their service has been flawless from the beginning. They give me peace of mind that my orders will be taken care of with the utmost care from the moment they place the order, to when they receive all my packages, to when they package and ship everything to me. They have been an integral part in helping me help so many kpop fans with their photocards collections as well as winning fancalls. It’s fun to see how much they’ve expanded since I started with them and I hope they continue with their great service!

I wanted to order a camera from them, but I had some questions giving the dirty cheap price from the seller. I asked kfriday to ask the seller for more information about the product and they refused saying that I need to pay and get it shipped before they can do any inspections on the product. I said ok but if it doesn’t work I want my money back and they said sorry but we can’t refund you if the item is damaged. I said what?! So like I pay for a damaged camera and can’t get a replacement or refund. They said yes so now no money no camera even tho the shop had 700 5⭐️ reviews…. The shipping costs the same as the camera so pay double the initial price and get nothing useful. Glad I didn’t buy it! Not recommending!

Just received my first parcel from Korea via KFriday (clothing item) and I can highly recommend them. I used their ‘order for me’ service, whereby you send them the link of what you wish to purchase, and they purchase it for you, before sending it on to you. There is communication at every step of the way, and you can instruct them to deal with your parcel as you wish, such as if you want them to provide an unboxing to check the contents or not. I found the fees reasonable, and they have several ways you can pay, including Wise and PayPal. Communication is via email and/or KakaoTalk and they were quick to respond, allowing for time zone differences. Always friendly and helpful too.

You can also browse Bunjang via their website too and get them to order, which I think is really useful.

I have two more parcels on the way from them, and I will definitely be using them again.

been a customer of kfriday for a few years now. at first I just used them as an inbetween for cheaper shipping but over the past two or three years I started using their inclusion services and their “order for me” services for in person events, pop ups, and offline fansigns. I’ve literally never had a problem with them. The social media team as well as the offline proxy team is always friendly and helpful, and the warehouse team always handles my items safely and with care. They even decorate the little Polaroid sleeves when I win them 😭 literally made my experiences ordering from Korea so easy and fun

Very trustworthy, accessible and kind people, the website is also easy to navigate through.
