Absolutely horrendous experience with KHQ!! Ordered some trainers for Christmas on the 29th of November! Paid £155 and was promised they would arrive within 2-10 working days, well in time for Christmas. 3 and a half weeks later and still no tracking or any communication at all. Messaged multiple times on their Instagram and sent two emails and didn’t hear anything. Only then I commented on their post asking for tracking on my order - they deleted the comment and finally replied. Told me they’d send me a refund instead cause they couldn’t provide me with tracking. Now I’ve no trainers and the money won’t clear through to my bank in time before Christmas. Will never be buying from this business again and will be telling all my friends and family to stay well away. Wish I’d read the other reviews before buying from this brand.

Belter service and a pleasure to deal with, KHQ couldn’t do enough as UPS didn’t bother to try and deliver and just dropped them at a local hub. The BW classic air max are top drawer.

Top class service able to answer any questions asked an the shoes were with me within a week of them being orderd will 100% order again an would highly recommend

I received my parcel when they said I would. Definitely will be purchasing here again, excellent customer care service.

Purchased a full tracksuit from them which was supposed to arrive within 10 days.
After 15 days it still hadn’t arrived and they would not respond to me on any of there social media platforms. Eventually I got in contact with them on Instagram and they said that they did not send it yet. They then provided me with a tracking number the day after and days later the package arrived. I opened the package to find that it only contained the top half of the tracksuit! They now won’t reply to me on Instagram so I am stuck with one half of a tracksuit

i placed my order on the 30th of sep and still ain't got it emailed them many times got back to me once telling me at the moment orders are taking from 2-10 days to deliver and its coming up to 3 weeks i also emailed them to change trainer size but still no respone just need to know whats going on.

No response to numerous emails , phone number does not work , ordered trainers few weeks ago to find out UPS did not receive the parcel for delivery and sender had cancelled the shipment .
