Still not received the product...
I ordered a product from this company before christmas. The size I needed, they didn't have in stock but I was told that they could get the product home from their stock in US.
So I ordered the product and worte the size in the comment feild, as I was told to do.
I have still not received the product, and we are in mid-March.
I have contacted the company several times during the last 2½ months, to get an answer if they will be apple to deliver or not. Every time they either write back with the message that they will make sure that I have the product by the end of the week or they just don't answer.
They have already withdrawn the money for the order. They did that just after christmas.
I don't know if the problem is that I need the order sent to Denmark or what, but this is just not acceptable.
