Breach of Instagram terms and conditions
Even after being assured that they follow the terms and conditions of Instagram, my Instagram account got suspended due to a breach in the terms and conditions. So I was left being unable to use the service even after paying for the whole month with no pro-rated refund.

7-day free trial is not free.
Their 7- day free trial is not free as it is charged immediately. I wrote to them to ask why, and they informed me that it’s not possible to benefit from the trial on annual plans, even though the website clearly shows otherwise. Their responses are extremely long, despite promising tailored customer service. Additionally, they require you to connect your Instagram account for proper functionality. They ll use fake screenshot to show you're wrong. Maybe they'll use the excuse that my address is not in their database like they said to other comments. Avoid at all costs.
I paid with PayPal to protect this paiement and i’m waiting for their resolution.

These plans are usually purchased by users who have already tested our service through monthly plans or are in fact satisfied with the results after the trial period. Offering a free trial on yearly plans would not be feasible due to the long-term nature of the commitment and the discounted rate already provided.

I have been working with Kicksta for 6 months now and so far it has been a great experience. The customer support is great, the respond very quickly and are always happy to help, educate and change this to accommodate yours and the accounts needs. Our growth has been great for the first few months, but we noticed the engagement hasn't been great, so we switches our targeting. It's a lot slower now, but we are now getting an engaged audience. This has to do with out content which needs to improve.

Surprisingly Impressed With A service
I was searching for a long time a worthy platform that will help to grow my audience. At first, I tried to work with them on one of my business accounts related to luxury fashion. I'll be honest, the following and follow back ratio was pretty low. However, I wanted to test the same method on my other account related to music. (Kicksta also gives a free trial, which is great because you can see if the speed of growth satisfies you). It immediately worked well, because people were more related to my content about music than fashion. It is my third month with them, and it's doing great. In a day I get on average 40-60 new followers. It's good because they are all real and high quality engaging accounts. Will stay with them until I'll reach a specific number. If you are considering their service, make sure you are being realistic, your content also has to be interesting for other people to follow you back, if you want high quality audience. If you care just about the number of followers, then go and buy bots elsewhere which a chance of ruining your account with IG shadowing you. Customer Service is superb, response also quite fast.
So far so good for me.

Scammers, they changed their name
years ago they used another domain, every now and then they change but it's still them... the followers they bring you are fake, profiles with a few dozen photos, all randomly uploaded on the same day, with 5-10 followers and who follow thousands of people. .
after I complained to support, they made the followers worse having understood that I would not pay for the subscription, and I even received empty profiles, without photos..

SCAM don't waste time and money
After a long period of using Kicksta, I have finally decided not to continue with the platform. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work as promised.
I experienced zero activity and noticed an influx of fake followers. Worse still, Instagram alerted me that bots were being used on my profile, which completely undermined the integrity of my account.
Kicksta has effectively destroyed my profile. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for genuine growth on Instagram.

Cancelation problems
So I wanted to give kicksta a chance and started the trial. During the trial period ive filled in a form on their page that I want cancel my subscription.
After that I got a message which states:
"Thank you for your feedback"
(unfortunatly I cannot attach the screenshot here). But several day later they've charged me 128$ for an entire month. The customer support told me that my cancellation form was invalid because I hat to talk to an employee by the chat after filling in the form.
They didn´t want to accept my cancellation or give me my money back due to their "no refund" policy.
This leaves my speachless...

Hi. Their sales people at their live chat lie, they tell you that everything is fine with Instagram, but IG repels them and forces you to change your password, which makes it impossible for Kicksta to interact and provide the service. I cancelled the trial only 1 day after activating it, and despite that, Kicksta has sent me an invoice (n. 39801) as if my subscription was still active. I'm glad I deactivated them from PayPal beforehand. This is a fraud and a consumer scam.

Absolutely stay away
Absolutely stay away. Expensive and scam. Promises 1000 “real” followers per month. However that’s only fake accounts and bots. If you switch the settings to narrow targeted audience there’s hardly any new followers at all. Additionally there’s problems when they log into your account. A lot of talk, no results. Save yourself time and money.
I can recommend social media gains.
